Ich mochte die Bezeichnung \"toxische Menschen\" nie. Es scheint diesen Menschen gegen\u00fcber irgendwie unfair zu sein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und dann kommt die Diskussion auf: \"Ist diese Person wirklich giftig oder nicht?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich denke, die Diskussion muss verlagert werden, und die Definition muss unsere eigene werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genauso wie unterschiedliche Menschen unterschiedliche Mengen an Gift vertragen und manche Menschen auf ganz \"normale\" Lebensmittel allergisch sind, die andere verzehren und sogar genie\u00dfen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich denke, wir m\u00fcssen \"toxische Menschen\" definieren als \"Menschen, die uns st\u00e4ndig daran hindern, unsere eigenen, legitimen Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu befriedigen\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn Sie zum Beispiel sehr empfindlich auf Kritik reagieren und Ihr Partner viel Sarkasmus und pers\u00f6nliche Angriffe verwendet, ist das Gift f\u00fcr Sie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr viele andere Menschen k\u00f6nnten sie jedoch ungiftig sein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manche Leute m\u00f6gen den Sarkasmus sogar als witzig empfinden! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Letztendlich kommt es nur darauf an, dass wir uns mit Menschen umgeben, deren Gesellschaft wir wirklich genie\u00dfen und die unsere Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Grenzen respektieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Denn wir respektieren sie im Gegenzug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und noch ein letzter Gedanke: Wir k\u00f6nnten im Gegenzug f\u00fcr einige andere Menschen giftig sein. Manchmal ist das unvermeidlich - z.B. wenn Intimit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die andere Person toxisch ist und wir uns nat\u00fcrlich Intimit\u00e4t in einer romantischen Beziehung w\u00fcnschen. (Anm.: Die Intimit\u00e4t ist f\u00fcr die andere Person toxisch, weil sie in ihrer Vergangenheit Erfahrungen gemacht hat, bei denen Intimit\u00e4t mit Toxizit\u00e4t assoziiert wurde, z.
