Sie empfiehlt, sich zu fragen, ob das, was wir zu kontrollieren versuchen, tats\u00e4chlich unter unserer vern\u00fcnftigen Kontrolle steht. Und wenn nicht, sollten wir aufh\u00f6ren, sie kontrollieren zu wollen - und uns dem Ergebnis hingeben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als getriebene, perfektionistische Menschen haben wir vielleicht das Gef\u00fchl, dass \"nichts unm\u00f6glich ist\", und versuchen, die Beziehungen zu anderen Menschen zu l\u00f6sen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Immer wieder scheitern und nach neuen Wegen suchen, damit es \"funktioniert\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Beispiel zieht sich die Frau, f\u00fcr die ich Gef\u00fchle hege, zur\u00fcck - und ich frage mich, ob ich etwas falsch mache, was ich \u00e4ndern sollte und wie ich \"die Informationen von ihr bekomme, die ich brauche, um mich anzupassen\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass das Problem vielleicht gar nicht auf meiner Seite liegt (ich verhalte mich sehr vern\u00fcnftig, geduldig, freundlich usw.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trotzdem ist mein Gedanke: \"Wenn ich nur w\u00fcsste, woran es liegt, k\u00f6nnte ich die Dinge \u00e4ndern, verbessern und in Ordnung bringen\".<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber ist es etwas, das ich kontrollieren kann?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist das WISSEN, was es ist, etwas, das ich kontrollieren kann? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn sie nicht von sich aus mit mir teilen und auf den Aufbau einer Beziehung hinarbeiten will, kann ich das kontrollieren? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein. Das liegt au\u00dferhalb meiner Kontrolle.
