Gestern hatte ich einen Bewerber bei mir, der offenkundig sehr enthusiastisch ist und wirklich einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen m\u00f6chte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er hat angeboten, zus\u00e4tzliche Dienstleistungen zu erbringen und auch bei anderen Dingen neben dem Unternehmen zu helfen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich ertappe mich dabei, wie ich mich gegen seine Bewerbung und sein Interesse an der Stelle wehre. Eigentlich suche ich nach Problemen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich sage mir, dass er nicht qualifiziert genug ist. Und vielleicht ist er das tats\u00e4chlich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber der Punkt, den ich hier ansprechen m\u00f6chte: Sein \u00fcbertriebener Wunsch bzw. sein Interesse an der Stelle ist eigentlich ein Abt\u00f6rner. Eine Art rote Fahne, wenn Sie so wollen ... <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er irrt sich gewaltig, wenn er sagt: \"Ich muss nur meinen Wunsch ausreichend zum Ausdruck bringen, dann bekomme ich die Stelle\". Nein, eigentlich bin ich es, der den Wunsch haben muss, ihn zu besch\u00e4ftigen.<\/strong>. Ich muss die Vorteile sehen, die dies f\u00fcr mich<\/strong>. Ich muss mich selbst davon \u00fcberzeugen, dass er ein \"zu guter Fang ist, um zu verlieren\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich muss verstehen, was \"f\u00fcr mich drin ist\". Ich verstehe, dass er die Stelle will, dass das f\u00fcr ihn Sinn macht und dass er wirklich gerne hier arbeiten w\u00fcrde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich denke, es ist von Vorteil, wenn ein Kandidat interessiert ist und die Stelle haben m\u00f6chte. Aber der Vorteil \u00fcberwiegt nicht seine (von mir wahrgenommene) F\u00e4higkeiten<\/strong>und meine Einsch\u00e4tzung, ob er in der Lage sein wird, die Art von Arbeit zu bew\u00e4ltigen, die ich ihm zu \u00fcbertragen gedenke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcbertragen auf romantische Beziehungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eine Frau zu umwerben, indem man ihr \"Ich liebe dich\" sagt und ihr sagt, wie viel sie einem bedeutet, bringt einen nur halbwegs weiter. Es ist keine Strategie, die, \"auf 11 gedreht\", dir die Frau \"besorgen\" wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nein. Die Frau ist vielmehr auf der Suche nach der Befriedigung bestimmter Bed\u00fcrfnisse - und wenn sie feststellt, dass diese Bed\u00fcrfnisse von Ihnen erf\u00fcllt werden und Sie der beste Mann f\u00fcr diese Aufgabe sind, wird sie Sie als ihren Freund \"einstellen\".
