Und verschiedene Menschen haben ihre eigenen individuellen Bew\u00e4ltigungsmechanismen gelernt. Diese manifestieren sich als Vermeidung oder Hyperaktivierung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All diese Bew\u00e4ltigungsmechanismen dienen dazu, die als bedrohlich empfundene Angst zu minimieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6glicherweise ist die Angst die Abbildung des K\u00f6rpers auf Bedrohungen, die er als potenziell t\u00f6dlich wahrnimmt. Sie ist die Darstellung der dem Leben innewohnenden Risiken, mit denen man umgehen muss. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein abweisender Vermeider k\u00f6nnte sich zur\u00fcckziehen, nicht auf Nachrichten antworten ... sich nicht auf einer tieferen Ebene mit Ihnen auseinandersetzen. Denn das w\u00fcrde eine Menge \u00c4ngste hervorrufen - und sie haben keine anderen Bew\u00e4ltigungsmechanismen, um damit umzugehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn sich der abweisende Vermeider zur\u00fcckzieht, sp\u00fcrt der \u00e4ngstlich anh\u00e4ngliche Partner (falls es einen solchen Partner gibt) im Gegenzug, dass in ihm Angst entsteht. Auf diese Weise werden sie nachsetzen - was wiederum zu noch mehr Angst und noch mehr R\u00fcckzug auf Seiten des abweisenden Vermeiders f\u00fchrt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshalb sollten wir den abweisenden Vermeider nicht jagen, sondern ihn sich zur\u00fcckziehen lassen, bis er bereit ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie stark ist diese Angst?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie ist sehr stark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich kenne z. B. einen Menschen, dessen Frau ihn betrogen (= mit einem anderen Mann geschlafen) und ihn verlassen hat. Diese Person begann, sich selbst zu schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrzlich sah ich ihn mit einem bandagierten Arm (und er war schon seit ein paar Tagen nicht mehr da). Ich fragte einen Freund von ihm, was passiert sei. \"Er hatte einen Unfall - er hatte sich geschnitten und musste f\u00fcr drei Tage ins Krankenhaus\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das, meine Freunde, ist die St\u00e4rke der Angst - sie kann Menschen dazu bringen, sich selbst zu schneiden, und zwar so stark, dass sie ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert werden. <strong>um nicht den Schmerz der Angst zu sp\u00fcren<\/strong>.  Dies ist \u00fcbrigens eine destruktive Art, mit Angst umzugehen. Aber es k\u00f6nnte der einzige Weg sein, wie diese Person dies entdeckt hat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe mir einmal selbst Blut abgenommen, indem ich mir eine Nadel in den Arm gestochen habe. Das war eine Art Test meiner Grenzen, und ich muss sagen, dass es in der Tat psychologisch etwas schwierig war, das zu tun. Ich kann also bezeugen, dass die Menschen in der Tat so sein m\u00fcssen. <strong>v\u00f6llig verzweifelt <\/strong>wenn sie sich schneiden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit anderen Worten: Die Menschen werden sich (in gewisser Weise) \"opfern\" und sabotieren, um diese Angst zu vermeiden, die f\u00fcr sie mit Zerst\u00f6rung\/Vernichtung\/Tod gleichzusetzen ist. Sie werden zulassen, dass sie auf andere Weise gesch\u00e4digt werden. Das ist instinktiv und sehr stark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn sich ein abweisender Vermeider das n\u00e4chste Mal zur\u00fcckzieht, denken Sie daran und gehen Sie sanft mit ihm um. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Narzissten, kontrollierende Menschen und \u00c4ngste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich glaube, dass auch bei Narzissten und anderen kontrolls\u00fcchtigen Menschen die Angst eine wichtige Triebfeder f\u00fcr ihr (negatives) Verhalten ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist nichts Pers\u00f6nliches - ganz im Gegenteil. Es ist das Ergebnis der Unf\u00e4higkeit, mit den eigenen Emotionen auf produktive Weise umzugehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn sie also das Gef\u00fchl haben, die Kontrolle zu verlieren (was zu Angst f\u00fchrt), bek\u00e4mpfen sie die Angst durch Dem\u00fctigung anderer Menschen \/ Sarkasmus \/ andere Verhaltensweisen. Dies dient dazu, die \"Kontrolle\" (oder vielmehr das Gef\u00fchl der Kontrolle) wiederherzustellen. \u00c4hnlich verh\u00e4lt es sich, wenn ihr Selbstbild angegriffen wird, was ebenfalls \u00c4ngste ausl\u00f6st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcbrigens, wenn Menschen etwas nicht h\u00f6ren wollen und es abblocken, k\u00f6nnte das mit dem Wunsch zusammenh\u00e4ngen, \u00c4ngste abzubauen. Denn sie wissen, dass das, was sie von Ihnen zu h\u00f6ren bekommen, ihr Angstniveau erh\u00f6hen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menschen werden ziemlich irrational, wenn es um den Abbau von \u00c4ngsten geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menschen sind nicht logisch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Denken Sie daran: Menschen sind nicht logisch. Sie werden von Emotionen gesteuert. Die Logik ist keine perfekte Anpassung an die Au\u00dfenwelt - wir f\u00fchren keine \"perfekten Entscheidungsb\u00e4ume\".
