Das wird mich in Zukunft vor dysfunktionalen Beziehungen sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinweis: Alle f\u00fcnf Schritte sind individuelle Filter - wenn einer von ihnen \"versagt\" (z. Sehe ich eine Zukunft mit dieser Person? (Gesch\u00e4ft, Beziehungen, Freundschaften) Wie f\u00fchle ich mich mit dieser Person regelm\u00e4\u00dfig?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginnen Sie niemals Beziehungen aus Mitleid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine sichere und komfortable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fchle ich mich bei dieser Person sicher und wohl? Wenn nicht, dann ist diese Beziehung nichts f\u00fcr mich, steigen Sie sofort aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B Investition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bem\u00fcht sich auch die andere Person auf ihre Weise um die Beziehung? Nimmt er Kontakt zu mir auf, m\u00f6chte er Zeit mit mir verbringen, macht er Vorschl\u00e4ge? Investiert sie weiterhin im Rahmen ihrer M\u00f6glichkeiten und ihrer Lebenssituation? Spricht sie \u00fcber eine Lebenssituation, die sie vielleicht zur\u00fcckh\u00e4lt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sendet die andere Person auch angemessene Signale f\u00fcr die Art von Beziehung, an der ich interessiert bin? Sucht sie z. B. nach einer Romanze oder einer Freundschaft? Gesch\u00e4ftlich oder als Kumpel?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Investitionen nicht einigerma\u00dfen ausgewogen sind und sich f\u00fcr beide Seiten lohnen (z. B. wenn man gemeinsam die Leiter der gegenseitigen Investitionen hinaufsteigt), sollte man sich zur\u00fcckziehen und die Beziehung verk\u00fcmmern lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jage niemals Beziehungen hinterher. Es werden sich noch mehr Gelegenheiten ergeben, und meine Lebensenergie wird besser in mich selbst investiert, wenn sie nicht von der anderen Person aufgefangen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist die Person ein guter Kommunikator, auch in stressigen Situationen? Wird sie versuchen, auf die von mir aufgeworfenen Fragen einzugehen und mit mir zusammenzuarbeiten, um die Probleme zu l\u00f6sen und Kompromisse zu finden?  Oder ist sie starr und will, dass die Dinge \"nur auf ihre Art\" laufen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es zu starr ist, sollten Sie die Beziehung beenden. Es braucht Flexibilit\u00e4t auf beiden Seiten, damit es funktioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich: Wenn eine Frau mitteilt, dass sie keine Beziehung will, beende ich die Beziehung (Fantasie) und distanziere mich sofort von dieser Person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D Dokumentation von Dreadful Patterns: Glauben Sie den Daten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fchle ich ein Muster von Angst, wenn ich mit dieser Person interagiere? Dokumentieren Sie die \u00c4ngste, die Situationen, die Person und die H\u00e4ufigkeit, mit der sie auftreten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist es etwas, das von meiner Seite aus gel\u00f6st werden kann? Oder handelt es sich um ein systematisches Problem, das vielleicht auf ein bestimmtes Muster beim Partner zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist? Kann man das mit dem Partner l\u00f6sen, oder ist er in dieser Hinsicht starr?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glauben Sie dem <strong>d<\/strong>ata.
