Der Autor hat einen guten Punkt, wenn er sagt, dass wir oft <strong>untersch\u00e4tzt<\/strong> die Anstrengung, die notwendig ist, um ein bestimmtes Ergebnis zu erreichen. Wir geben dann frustriert auf, weil wir glauben, dass das Ergebnis nicht erreichbar ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Verabredungen ist das sicherlich so. Es gibt viele \"Blindg\u00e4nger\". Verabredungen, die sich nicht entwickeln. M\u00e4dchen, die nicht zur\u00fcckschreiben. Eine anf\u00e4nglich gro\u00dfartige Verbindung, und dann passiert etwas und die Dinge gehen auseinander. (Manchmal ist das \u00fcbrigens auf den Bindungsstil zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren - die Dinge gehen auseinander, WEIL sie gut laufen! Menschen werden durch zu viel N\u00e4he getriggert und zeigen ein selbstzerst\u00f6rerisches \"Schutz\"-Verhalten). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe mich entschlossen, die Regel des Autors in einer Situation auszuprobieren, mit der ich gerade zu tun habe (ich ben\u00f6tige Steuerberatung f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Situation im Umgang mit einem US-Kunden). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Berufsverband hat mir eine Liste von Steuerberatungsunternehmen zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt, die hilfreich sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst w\u00e4hlte ich die Unternehmen aus, von denen ich annahm, dass sie gut zu mir passen k\u00f6nnten. Ich rief an, und meistens wurde mir gesagt, ich solle eine E-Mail schreiben. In vielen F\u00e4llen erreichte ich nur einen automatischen Anrufbeantworter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das hat nicht funktioniert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Also beschloss ich, die 10er-Regel anzuwenden. Ich beschloss, an ALLE diese Unternehmen zu schreiben. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier sind die Ergebnisse, aufgeschl\u00fcsselt nach Zahlen (Prozents\u00e4tze gerundet):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gesamtzahl der von mir kontaktierten Unternehmen: 23 (100 %)<\/li><li>gebrochene e-Mail-Adressen: 1 (4 %)<\/li><li>automatische Abwesenheitsantworten: 4 (17 %)<\/li><li>v\u00f6llige Ablehnung: 1 (4 %)<\/li><li>weitergeleitet an eine andere Person: 2 ( 9 %)<\/li><li>unversch\u00e4mte Preise: 1 ( 4 %) (NB: keine Beratung)<\/li><li>E-Mails mit n\u00fctzlichen Ratschl\u00e4gen: 3 ( 13 %)<\/li><li>E-Mail mit falschem Hinweis: 1 (4 %)<\/li><li>keine (sofortigen) Antworten: 10 (44 %)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sieht ein bisschen aus wie eine Verabredung, nicht wahr \ud83d\ude42 (Meistens keine Antworten, ab und zu mal ein Goldgr\u00e4ber)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Stundens\u00e4tze reichten von 500 USD als Pauschalhonorar bis zu 1.120 USD pro Stunde (f\u00fcr einen Partner, der zum Standardtarif abgerechnet wird). Bei diesen Stundens\u00e4tzen ist ein Kostenvoranschlag zwischen 2000 und 3000 USD verst\u00e4ndlich, was leider die gesamte Gewinnspanne des Projekts ausmachen w\u00fcrde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einige der Unternehmen gaben n\u00fctzliche Ratschl\u00e4ge, einige sogar ohne einen Stundensatz anzubieten oder zu versuchen, mir weitere Dienstleistungen zu verkaufen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interessanterweise variierten die Ratschl\u00e4ge ein wenig, ebenso wie die tats\u00e4chlichen Ergebnisse bei der Partnersuche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nur 13 % der Antworten waren f\u00fcr mich direkt n\u00fctzlich. Wahrscheinlich kann ich auf der Grundlage dieser Informationen handeln, ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Beratung in Anspruch nehmen zu m\u00fcssen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich erkl\u00e4re diesen ersten Test der 10er-Regel als erfolgreich. Es hat mich nicht viel Zeit gekostet, sie umzusetzen. <strong>Ich h\u00e4tte sogar die M\u00f6glichkeit, sie zu delegieren. <\/strong>(Kopieren und Einf\u00fcgen, und \u00c4ndern der Namen). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe viel schneller eine R\u00fcckmeldung vom \"System\" erhalten, als wenn ich es nicht versucht h\u00e4tte - und ich h\u00e4tte wahrscheinlich viel mehr Zeit damit verschwendet, ausgew\u00e4hlte Unternehmen zu erreichen und sie immer wieder anzurufen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf diese Weise kann ich auch schnell eine Auswahl aus den <strong>\"Gewinner\"<\/strong> die mir sofort einen Mehrwert bieten, und h\u00f6re auf, den \"Blindg\u00e4ngern\" hinterherzulaufen. Wenn ich in Zukunft eine Steuerberatung ben\u00f6tige, kann ich mich an diese Unternehmen wenden, die schnell reagiert haben und mir <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">ein Anfangswert <\/span><\/strong>bereits.
