Ich hatte heute Nacht einen Traum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In dem Traum war ich mit einem Freund in einem Restaurant. Dort hingen Mineralwasserflaschen an einem Gestell, einige davon waren verschimmelt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe dann Besteck erhalten, das nicht sauber war, da die Sp\u00fclmaschine es manchmal nicht reinigt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bat um neues Besteck - die Kellnerin brachte mir neues Besteck, aber es war wieder nicht sauber. Ich habe sie dann gebeten, es noch einmal zu wechseln (\"Es tut mir leid, ... k\u00f6nnen Sie das bitte noch einmal wechseln?\").<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diesmal brachte sie das neue Besteck und steckte es, die Griffe zuerst, in meinen Teller. Sie ragten nun heraus wie ein Geweih. Und die Griffe des Bestecks waren durch den Teller schmutzig geworden. Das war eindeutig eine Art, ihre Ver\u00e4rgerung \u00fcber meine wiederholten Bitten zu zeigen, ohne das Problem wirklich zu l\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Da\", sagte sie mit einem Grinsen im Gesicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich sagte ihr: \"Ich bin sicher, dass Sie privat ein sehr netter Mensch sind. K\u00f6nnen Sie sehen, dass ich mich unwohl f\u00fchle, wenn ich mit schmutzigem Besteck esse, das ich als unhygienisch empfinde? Es macht mir nichts aus, das Besteck selbst zu reinigen, wenn Sie mir die Gelegenheit dazu geben.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr mich war es zu diesem Zeitpunkt in Ordnung, das Besteck selbst abzuwaschen. Ich war nicht ver\u00e4rgert \u00fcber die Reaktion der Kellnerin, aber ich wusste auch, dass ich mit sauberem Besteck essen wollte. Und ich wusste, dass ich weiterhin um dieses Bed\u00fcrfnis bitten musste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieser Traum zeigt mir, dass ich sehr an meinen Grenzen gewachsen bin, und dass es f\u00fcr mich wichtig ist, auf meine Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu achten. Standardeinstellung <\/strong>jetzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von \"null\" Grenzen (da ich es als unsicher empfand, Grenzen zu setzen \/ Grenzen wurden verp\u00f6nt und verspottet) zu einem ruhigen Setzen von Grenzen zu gelangen, selbst wenn die andere Person (in meinem Traum die Kellnerin) \u00fcberreagiert, ist eine gro\u00dfe Sache. Es zeigt, dass es mir m\u00f6glich war, dies durch konsequente Arbeit zu erreichen (oft unter Verwendung der emotionales Verarbeitungsinstrument<\/a>und auch Umprogrammierung des Glaubens<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn Sie dies lesen und das Gef\u00fchl haben, dass mehr Grenzen in Ihrem Leben eine gute Sache w\u00e4ren - es ist wie bei einem Muskel: Sie trainieren ihn zun\u00e4chst langsam mit weniger intensiven \u00dcbungen (damit er sich nicht verkrampft) und k\u00f6nnen die Intensit\u00e4t allm\u00e4hlich steigern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
