Es gibt einige gemeinsame Muster, die ich erkenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erkennen Sie sich in einem dieser Fehler wieder? Sie verringern unn\u00f6tigerweise Ihre Chancen, die Stelle zu bekommen, auf die Sie sich bewerben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adressierung einer Person oder eines Unternehmens mit dem falschen Namen \/ Einf\u00fcgen eines Motivationsschreibens, das an ein anderes Unternehmen gerichtet ist.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wenn ich eine Bewerbung wie diese erhalte, gehe ich davon aus, dass Sie kein sehr sorgf\u00e4ltiger Mitarbeiter sind. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keine Rechtschreibpr\u00fcfung, E-Mail ist nicht sorgf\u00e4ltig formatiert\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Auch hier gilt: Wenn Sie mit Rechtschreibfehlern schreiben, die Sie mit Hilfe von Online-Tools leicht korrigieren k\u00f6nnten, gehe ich davon aus, dass Sie sich auch nicht genug um die Unternehmensprozesse k\u00fcmmern werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ihre Bewerbung repr\u00e4sentiert Sie - sie ist ein Botschafter f\u00fcr Sie. Wollen Sie, dass der Botschafter sch\u00e4big aussieht und abschreckend wirkt?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie bewerben sich auf eine Stelle und behaupten, dass Sie \u00fcber die entsprechenden F\u00e4higkeiten verf\u00fcgen, ohne dies in Ihrem Lebenslauf durch konkrete Berufserfahrung zu belegen\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"Ich bin sehr erfahren\" - mit nur einem Monat tats\u00e4chlicher Besch\u00e4ftigung in dieser Art von Position in der Vergangenheit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behauptung, \u00fcber Erfahrung zu verf\u00fcgen, ohne dies an einem Testarbeitstag tats\u00e4chlich belegen zu k\u00f6nnen\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zum Beispiel ein Bewerber, der angibt, mehr als 5 Jahre im IT-Support t\u00e4tig gewesen zu sein, und der nicht in der Lage ist, einen Netzwerkdrucker zu ersetzen, und der die grundlegenden Konzepte der Vernetzung (statische IP-Adressen) nicht versteht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn Sie die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, weniger zu schreiben, reichen Sie das absolute Minimum ein\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>... was mich zu der Annahme f\u00fchrt, dass Sie auch bei der Arbeit das absolute Minimum geben werden!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch Dinge, die darauf hinweisen, dass Sie vielleicht gar nicht so motiviert sind.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>z. B. \"Ich wurde aus Gr\u00fcnden geringer Leistung entlassen\" im Lebenslauf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>z.B. \"Aktiv auf Stellensuche seit 1991\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Stellenbeschreibung nicht sorgf\u00e4ltig und vollst\u00e4ndig lesen und Fragen stellen, die bereits in der Stellenbeschreibung beantwortet werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie dr\u00e4ngen zu sehr darauf, interviewt zu werden usw.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ein Bewerber schrieb z. B. \"Ich will kein Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4ch, ich will arbeiten\" - f\u00fcr mich eine klare Absage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anzeichen von Ungehorsam zeigen \/ jemand sein, der schwer zu f\u00fchren w\u00e4re\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>z.B. ein Bewerber, der mir sagt: \"Ich habe eine gute und eine schlechte Nachricht f\u00fcr Sie\". <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unzuverl\u00e4ssig sein\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>z. B. nicht p\u00fcnktlich zum Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4ch zu erscheinen. Ich wei\u00df, das Leben kommt einem manchmal in die Quere - steuern Sie die Erwartungen, indem Sie das Unternehmen, bei dem Sie sich bewerben, so weit wie m\u00f6glich im Voraus dar\u00fcber informieren, dass Sie nicht kommen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ungebildet sein\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das ist wichtig - und etwas, das Sie \u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnen! Eine gute Ausbildung im Allgemeinen und speziell in dem Bereich, f\u00fcr den Sie sich bewerben, verschafft Ihnen eine solide Grundlage im Vergleich zu anderen Bewerbern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Das sind alles Dinge, die Sie selbst in Ordnung bringen und direkt beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist die Rechtschreibpr\u00fcfung eines Lebenslaufs mit etwas mehr Arbeit verbunden? Ja. Aber es spart jede Menge Zeit, denn die Chancen auf eine Zusage steigen.
