ich begann oft mit dem Z\u00e4hneputzen und verga\u00df, vorher Zahnseide zu benutzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deshalb hatte ich eine Idee, wie man sich die Gewohnheit wieder antrainieren kann, was erstaunlich gut funktionierte: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immer wenn ich mich daran erinnerte, dass ich es andersherum machen sollte, h\u00f6rte ich sofort mit dem Z\u00e4hneputzen auf (= unterbrach den falschen Schritt in der Abfolge). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dann habe ich den richtigen ersten Schritt in der Reihenfolge (Zahnseide) gemacht und mit dem B\u00fcrsten abgeschlossen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das funktionierte, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte: Ich war in der Lage, die Gewohnheit umzuschreiben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ich jetzt b\u00fcrste, fange ich fast immer mit Zahnseide an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empfehlung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wann immer Sie eine Gewohnheitssequenz oder eine Gewohnheit insgesamt neu trainieren wollen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">unterbrechen Sie die Gewohnheit sofort, wenn Ihnen ein Gedanke kommt, dass Sie es anders machen sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nehmen wir an, Sie wollen sich das Rauchen abgew\u00f6hnen - und haben sich gedankenverloren eine Zigarette angez\u00fcndet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Ihnen der Gedanke kommt, dass Sie tats\u00e4chlich beschlossen haben, mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren, machen Sie die Zigarette sofort aus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der Zeit wird dies die Gewohnheit immer weiter vorantreiben - bis die Handlung gar nicht mehr beginnt, da Sie sich in Echtzeit daran erinnern, bevor Sie beginnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonus: Wie lernt man, wie man sich in sein Online-Banking-System einloggt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da ich mich mehrmals t\u00e4glich bei meinem Bankkonto anmelde, dachte ich mir, dass es besser ist, den Passwortmanager nicht zu benutzen, sondern die Kontonummer und das Passwort aus dem Ged\u00e4chtnis einzugeben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier ist die Art und Weise, wie ich es gemacht habe, in - wieder einmal - erstaunlich wenigen Z\u00fcgen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Geben Sie die Nummer so ein, wie Sie sie in Erinnerung haben (sie wird wahrscheinlich falsch sein)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00fcfen und korrigieren Sie die Zahl manuell (nicht kopieren und einf\u00fcgen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, bis Sie die richtige Zahl gefunden haben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>und dann dasselbe mit dem Passwort machen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie haben gelernt, die Kontodaten aus dem Ged\u00e4chtnis einzugeben - sie werden einfach flie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spekulationen: Wie kann man Denkprozesse neu trainieren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich vermute, dass Denkprozesse im Grunde nur Gewohnheiten sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe zum Beispiel diese mentale Blockade, dass die Wirtschaft hyperkompetitiv ist, die ich von Peter Thiel \u00fcbernommen habe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Ich gebe ihm nicht speziell die Schuld, aber ich habe angefangen, \u00fcberall Konkurrenz zu sehen ... und bin besorgt \u00fcber die Gewinnspannen). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ich also diesen Gedanken umtrainieren oder ausgleichen will, muss ich bemerken, wenn er auftaucht, und ihn durch eine genauere Wahrnehmung der Realit\u00e4t ersetzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ich das oft genug mache, wird die Gewohnheit tats\u00e4chlich umprogrammiert.
