B. die \"Niemals genug\"-Komponente (\"Ich werde nie d\u00fcnn genug \/ gro\u00df genug \/ reich genug \/ klug genug \/ ...\" sein, egal wie viel Energie ich investiere).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andererseits mache ich auch einen Kurs zum maschinellen Lernen auf Coursera. (Mit dem hervorragenden Herrn Ng). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dort habe ich gelernt, dass k\u00fcnstliche neuronale Netze jede beliebige Funktion darstellen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass wir als Menschen jede Strategie lernen k\u00f6nnen. <strong>und ja, dazu geh\u00f6ren auch dysfunktionale (Selbst-)Wahrnehmungsstrategien. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das macht so viel Sinn! Menschen, die sehr verletzt auf normale Kommunikation reagieren -&gt; sie haben gelernt, Dinge mit einer starken negativen Voreingenommenheit wahrzunehmen und verst\u00e4rken Mehrdeutigkeiten zu sehr negativen Wahrnehmungen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei handelt es sich um Meta-Algorithmen, also nicht unbedingt um \u00dcberzeugungen \u00fcber \"Frauen\" oder Partnersuche usw. - aber auf einer h\u00f6heren Ebene sind es kognitive Filter - auch aus Erfahrung und Modellierung durch Eltern, Gleichaltrige, Liebhaber, ... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Wesentlichen haben wir etwas gelernt, das die Realit\u00e4t auf eine f\u00fcr uns schmerzhafte Weise verdreht. Was von der Realit\u00e4t abgekoppelt ist ... wo wiederum <strong>in Wirklichkeit<\/strong>Wir haben die Wahl, wie wir das wahrnehmen wollen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nur tun wir das mit unseren programmierten Gehirnen nicht - wir treffen die Entscheidungen automatisch und interpretieren die Sinnesdaten, das Situationsbewusstsein und die Erinnerungen an die Vergangenheit so, dass sie negative Dinge \u00fcber uns, \u00fcber andere Menschen und \u00fcber die Welt bedeuten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben das Gef\u00fchl, dass wir uns unsicher f\u00fchlen - oder dass unsere Autorit\u00e4t in Frage gestellt wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am currently doing the &#8220;Perfectionism Trauma&#8221; course with the wonderful Thais Gibson.
