Nunca me ha gustado el apelativo de \"gente t\u00f3xica\". Me parece injusto para estas personas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y entonces, surge la discusi\u00f3n: \"\u00bfes esta persona realmente t\u00f3xica o no?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creo que hay que cambiar el debate y que la definici\u00f3n debe ser la nuestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al igual que diferentes personas toleran diferentes niveles de veneno, y algunas personas son al\u00e9rgicas a alimentos perfectamente \"normales\" que otros consumen e incluso disfrutan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creo que debemos definir a la \"gente t\u00f3xica\" como \"personas que perjudican sistem\u00e1ticamente la satisfacci\u00f3n de nuestras propias y leg\u00edtimas necesidades\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ejemplo, si eres muy sensible a las cr\u00edticas y tu pareja utiliza mucho sarcasmo y ataques personales, es t\u00f3xico para ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, pueden no ser t\u00f3xicos para muchas otras personas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algunas personas podr\u00edan incluso disfrutar del sarcasmo como algo ingenioso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al final, lo \u00fanico que importa es que nos rodeemos de personas cuya compa\u00f1\u00eda disfrutemos de verdad y que respeten nuestras necesidades y l\u00edmites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porque nosotros respetamos los suyos a cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y una \u00faltima reflexi\u00f3n: puede que a cambio seamos t\u00f3xicos para otras personas. A veces esto es inevitable, por ejemplo, si la intimidad es t\u00f3xica para la otra persona, y nosotros queremos naturalmente la intimidad de una relaci\u00f3n rom\u00e1ntica.
