Y diferentes personas han aprendido sus propios mecanismos de afrontamiento individuales. Que se manifiestan como evitaci\u00f3n o hiperactivaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos estos mecanismos de afrontamiento sirven para minimizar la ansiedad, que se percibe como una amenaza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es posible que la ansiedad sea el mapa del cuerpo ante las amenazas que percibe como potencialmente letales. Es su representaci\u00f3n de los riesgos inherentes a la vida, riesgos a los que hay que hacer frente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un evasor despectivo podr\u00eda retirarse, no responder a los mensajes... no comprometerse contigo en un nivel m\u00e1s profundo. Porque hacer esto les provocar\u00eda mucha ansiedad, que no tienen ning\u00fan otro mecanismo de afrontamiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, cuando el evitador despectivo se retira, la pareja ansiosamente apegada (si existe tal pareja en el cuadro), sentir\u00e1 que surge la ansiedad en su interior. De este modo, perseguir\u00e1n, lo que a su vez provocar\u00e1 m\u00e1s ansiedad y m\u00e1s retirada por parte del evitador despectivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso no debemos perseguir al evasor displicente, sino dejar que se retire, hasta que est\u00e9 preparado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo de fuerte es esta ansiedad?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es muy fuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ejemplo, conozco a una persona cuya esposa lo enga\u00f1\u00f3 (= se acost\u00f3 con otro hombre) y lo dej\u00f3. Esta persona empez\u00f3 a cortarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace poco le vi con un brazo vendado (y llevaba un par de d\u00edas sin aparecer). Le pregunt\u00e9 a un amigo suyo qu\u00e9 hab\u00eda pasado. \"Tuvo un accidente: se hab\u00eda cortado y tuvo que ir al hospital durante tres d\u00edas\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso, amigos m\u00edos, es lo fuerte que es la ansiedad: puede llevar a las personas a cortarse con fuerza, tanto que son hospitalizadas... <strong>para no sentir el dolor de la ansiedad<\/strong>.  Esto, por cierto, es una forma destructiva de lidiar con la ansiedad. Pero puede ser la \u00fanica forma en que esta persona descubri\u00f3 esto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez me saqu\u00e9 sangre a m\u00ed mismo, introduciendo una aguja en mi propio brazo. Fue una especie de prueba de mis l\u00edmites, y tengo que decir que, efectivamente, fue un poco duro hacerlo psicol\u00f3gicamente. As\u00ed que puedo atestiguar que, efectivamente, la gente debe ser <strong>bastante desesperado <\/strong>si se cortan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En otras palabras, la gente se \"sacrificar\u00e1\" y se sabotear\u00e1 a s\u00ed misma (en cierto modo), para evitar esta ansiedad, que para ellos equivale a la destrucci\u00f3n \/ aniquilaci\u00f3n \/ muerte. Permitir\u00e1n que se les da\u00f1e de otra manera. Es instintivo, y muy fuerte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima vez que una persona evasiva se retraiga, tenlo en cuenta y s\u00e9 amable con ella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Narcisistas, personas controladoras y ansiedad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que, de forma similar, para los narcisistas y otras personas controladoras, la ansiedad es un motor clave detr\u00e1s de sus comportamientos (negativos). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es algo personal, ni mucho menos. Es el resultado de una incapacidad para manejar sus propias emociones de manera productiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, cuando sientan una p\u00e9rdida de control (lo que crea ansiedad), combatir\u00e1n la ansiedad humillando a otras personas \/ sarcasmo \/ otros comportamientos. Esto sirve para \"restaurar el control\" (o m\u00e1s bien, la sensaci\u00f3n de control). Del mismo modo, si su imagen personal es atacada, esto crear\u00e1 ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, por cierto, si la gente no quiere o\u00edr hablar de algo y lo bloquea, esto puede estar relacionado y ser un deseo de reducir la ansiedad. Porque saben que escuchar lo que tienes que compartir podr\u00eda aumentar sus niveles de ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gente se vuelve bastante irracional cuando est\u00e1 en juego la reducci\u00f3n de la ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La gente no es l\u00f3gica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerda que las personas no son l\u00f3gicas. Se dejan llevar por las emociones. La l\u00f3gica no es una adopci\u00f3n perfecta del mundo exterior: no ejecutamos \"\u00e1rboles de decisi\u00f3n perfectos\".
