Parece que, si esa otra persona cambiara, el mundo se convertir\u00eda en arco iris y sol para ti. Lograr\u00edas m\u00e1gicamente todos tus objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despertar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Recuerde: estos son su <\/strong>objetivos, no los objetivos de la otra persona. As\u00ed que solo cambio <\/strong>para lograr sus propios objetivos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si tus objetivos coinciden con los suyos, la magia se producir\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De lo contrario, si de alguna manera consigues coaccionarles, engatusarles o convencerles para que cambien, habr\u00e1 resentimiento. Y falta de seguimiento. Un malestar por ambas partes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El cambio tiene que producirse dentro de ti. En lugar de querer cambiar a la otra persona (\"mi fiscal necesita aprender a acercarse\") preg\u00fantate: \u00bfqu\u00e9 objetivo intentas conseguir? \u00bfQu\u00e9 herramientas est\u00e1s utilizando para ello? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intentar cambiar a otras personas es una herramienta muy poco eficaz. No es tu responsabilidad, y en la mayor\u00eda de los casos es imposible cambiar a otras personas de forma efectiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recuerda: han pasado por su propia experiencia vital, y las decisiones que toman, las razones que las sustentan, est\u00e1n construidas sobre la l\u00f3gica de su experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No es posible transferir directamente tu experiencia y hacerla real para ellos. S\u00f3lo pueden sentirse identificados contigo en la medida en que ellos tambi\u00e9n hayan pasado por experiencias similares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para mis amigos con problemas de control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfTe tranquilizas tomando el control de una situaci\u00f3n? \u00bfO crees que ejercer el m\u00e1ximo control sobre una situaci\u00f3n te ayudar\u00e1 a gestionarla y a protegerte? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es hora de dejarse llevar. Se trata de un \"martillo\" ineficaz que puede destrozar relaciones delicadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
