Esto me proteger\u00e1 contra las relaciones disfuncionales en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: los cinco pasos son filtros individuales; si alguno de ellos \"falla\" (por ejemplo, si no me siento seguro con la persona, pero todo lo dem\u00e1s est\u00e1 bien), saldr\u00e9 de la relaci\u00f3n en adelante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Five-Steps-to-avoid-dysfunctional-relationships.pdf\">lista de control: cinco pasos para evitar las relaciones disfuncionales (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(\"John waite \/ Alison Krauss - Missing you\") <\/em>- escrito en <strong>2.2.22<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">0 Atracci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfSiento realmente una <strong>atracci\u00f3n<\/strong> a la persona, al proyecto, \u00bfquiero gastar mi energ\u00eda vital con ellos? \u00bfVeo un futuro con ellos? (Negocios, relaciones, amistades) \u00bfC\u00f3mo me hace sentir esta persona de forma habitual?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nunca inicies relaciones por l\u00e1stima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un lugar seguro y confortable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfMe siento seguro y c\u00f3modo con esa persona? Si no es as\u00ed, esa relaci\u00f3n no es para m\u00ed, sal inmediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B Inversi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfLa otra persona tambi\u00e9n se esfuerza en la relaci\u00f3n, a su manera? \u00bfSe acerca a m\u00ed, quiere pasar tiempo conmigo, me hace sugerencias? \u00bfSigue invirtiendo, dentro de sus posibilidades y de su situaci\u00f3n vital? \u00bfMe comunican alguna situaci\u00f3n de la vida que pueda estar frenando?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfLa otra persona tambi\u00e9n env\u00eda se\u00f1ales adecuadas para el tipo de relaci\u00f3n que me interesa? Por ejemplo, \u00bfbusca un romance o una amistad? \u00bfNegocios o amistad?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la inversi\u00f3n no es algo equilibrado y mutuamente gratificante (por ejemplo, subiendo juntos la escalera de la inversi\u00f3n mutua), entonces ret\u00edrese y deje que la relaci\u00f3n se marchite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nunca persigas las relaciones. Hay m\u00e1s oportunidades por venir, y mi energ\u00eda vital estar\u00e1 mejor invertida en m\u00ed mismo si no es correspondida mutuamente por la otra persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C Comunicaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEs la persona un buen comunicador, tambi\u00e9n en situaciones de estr\u00e9s? \u00bfIntentar\u00e1 abordar las cuestiones que le planteo y cooperar para resolver los problemas, encontrar compromisos?  \u00bfO es r\u00edgida y quiere que las cosas sean \"s\u00f3lo a su manera\"?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hay demasiada rigidez, sal de la relaci\u00f3n. Se necesita flexibilidad por ambas partes para que funcione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s: Si una mujer comunica que no quiere una relaci\u00f3n, salir de la relaci\u00f3n (fantas\u00eda) y distanciarme de esta persona por completo inmediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D Documentaci\u00f3n de los patrones temibles: cree los datos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfSiento un patr\u00f3n de ansiedad cuando interact\u00fao con esta persona? Documenta la ansiedad, las situaciones, la persona y la frecuencia con la que ocurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEs algo que se puede resolver por mi parte? \u00bfO se trata de un problema sistem\u00e1tico, tal vez debido a alg\u00fan patr\u00f3n en la pareja? \u00bfSe puede resolver con la pareja, o son r\u00edgidos al respecto?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creer en el <strong>d<\/strong>ata.
