{"id":279,"date":"2022-12-30T13:43:03","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T13:43:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/?p=279"},"modified":"2023-01-01T07:15:21","modified_gmt":"2023-01-01T07:15:21","slug":"que-es-el-btea-y-por-que-es-importante-para-mi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/es\/que-es-el-btea-y-por-que-es-importante-para-mi\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es BTEA y por qu\u00e9 es importante para m\u00ed?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BTEA es un concepto introducido (para m\u00ed) por <a href=\"https:\/\/university.personaldevelopmentschool.com\/\">Thais Gibson, de la Escuela de Desarrollo Personal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un acr\u00f3nimo y significa: Creencias - Pensamientos - Emociones - Acciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Describe la cadena que va de las creencias a las acciones resultantes que se construye en nuestro cerebro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cadena se inicia con un desencadenante: una situaci\u00f3n que resuena con las creencias que tienes. El desencadenante no forma parte de este acr\u00f3nimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez iniciada, la cadena se desarrollar\u00e1 a menudo de forma predecible y, finalmente, le llevar\u00e1 a realizar las acciones asociadas a ella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9ste suele ser el comportamiento deseado <\/strong>- Digamos que con una serpiente venenosa: crees (correctamente) que es peligrosa para tu salud. Tendr\u00e1s pensamientos como \"deber\u00eda salir de esta situaci\u00f3n cuanto antes, la serpiente es peligrosa\". Sentir\u00e1s miedo y posiblemente otras emociones que son <strong>apropiado <\/strong>de la situaci\u00f3n en la que te encuentras y que te ayudan a reaccionar ante la situaci\u00f3n. Impulsado por las emociones, emprender\u00e1s una acci\u00f3n de afrontamiento. Puede que intentes atacar a la serpiente para matarla primero, que intentes huir o que te quedes paralizado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque es apropiado con serpientes y otros animales peligrosos, actuar bas\u00e1ndose en creencias anticuadas <strong>a menudo puede frenarnos en la vida<\/strong>. Observa c\u00f3mo se construye la cadena en mi siguiente ejemplo, hablar en p\u00fablico: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejemplo de creencia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, en una situaci\u00f3n de oratoria, en la que tienes que dar una charla <strong>(disparador)<\/strong>El <strong>creencia <\/strong>que da miedo hablar delante de mucha gente crear\u00e1 a su vez <strong>pensamientos <\/strong>que est\u00e1n en consonancia con esta creencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: estas creencias a su vez son impulsadas por otras creencias, y as\u00ed sucesivamente - en el fondo suelen ser las llamadas \"<a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/es\/identificar-sus-heridas-principales\/\"><strong>heridas centrales<\/strong><\/a>\". M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/es\/identificar-sus-heridas-principales\/\">heridas de base aqu\u00ed<\/a>. (Se trata de un nombre elegante para algunas creencias negativas muy extendidas que, seg\u00fan el trabajo de Thais Gibson, est\u00e1n detr\u00e1s de la mayor\u00eda de las creencias que tienen las personas). En nuestro ejemplo, la herida central podr\u00eda ser \"<strong>Ser\u00e9 rechazado<\/strong>\"(por el p\u00fablico).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash.jpg 640w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Foto de <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/@priscilladupreez?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\">Priscilla Du Preez<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/photos\/Q7wGvnbuwj0?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\">Unsplash<\/a><\/em>: <strong>Situaci\u00f3n de hablar en p\u00fablico<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejemplo de pensamientos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Surgir\u00e1n pensamientos como: \"\u00bfRecuerdas aquella vez que estabas hablando y tu mejor amigo te dijo que ese no es tu fuerte?\". \"Probablemente har\u00e9 el rid\u00edculo\". \"Nunca podr\u00e9 competir con X, es un genio hablando en p\u00fablico\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos <strong>pensamientos <\/strong>a su vez crear\u00e1 <strong>emociones<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejemplo de emociones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos <strong>emociones <\/strong>que podr\u00edas sentir en esta situaci\u00f3n hipot\u00e9tica podr\u00eda ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>miedo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>molestia (por tener que hablar en p\u00fablico)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>resentimiento (por tener que hablar en p\u00fablico)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sentirse vulnerable <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc... <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, las emociones impulsar\u00e1n tus acciones (de afrontamiento). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejemplo de acciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes hacer frente a las emociones (es decir, equilibrarlas para que vuelvan a ser neutras) con medios productivos y menos productivos. Depende de lo que hayas aprendido y visto en la vida, de lo que te haya funcionado en el pasado y de lo que te resulte m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo. En momentos de gran estr\u00e9s, es natural que recurras a tus mecanismos de afrontamiento favoritos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, si hist\u00f3ricamente eras capaz de calmarte bebiendo, <strong>podr\u00edas beber <\/strong>(alcohol). Esto ser\u00eda un ejemplo de algo contraproducente (despu\u00e9s de todo, el alcohol tiene efectos secundarios negativos, que son perjudiciales en una situaci\u00f3n de hablar en p\u00fablico). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: La ecuaci\u00f3n BTEA ser\u00e1 ligeramente diferente para cada persona, ya que hay diferentes creencias que impulsan tus pensamientos, emociones y acciones. En caso de duda, escucha aquello con lo que m\u00e1s resuenas emocionalmente, lo que te resulta m\u00e1s doloroso. Tus emociones son una br\u00fajula que te gu\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Importa si quieres tener resultados diferentes de los que tienes hoy, si quieres desarrollarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al comprender el mecanismo por el que act\u00faas como lo haces en determinadas situaciones, y los puntos en los que puedes influir conscientemente y cambiar la configuraci\u00f3n del mecanismo, puedes conseguir mejores resultados, \u00a1los resultados que deseas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Romper la cadena para obtener el resultado deseado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Obs\u00e9rvese que todo empezaba por <strong>creencia<\/strong>. Toda la complicada estructura se basa en la creencia: si eres capaz de deshacerte de la creencia, todo lo dem\u00e1s no surgir\u00e1 de ella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturalmente, la cadena tambi\u00e9n puede romperse en otros lugares: en el extremo (acci\u00f3n), en el pensamiento y tambi\u00e9n en los niveles emocionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El impacto m\u00e1s poderoso y el cambio m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido se producir\u00e1n si trabaja en todos los lugares de esta cadena a la vez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este blog presentar\u00e9 las herramientas necesarias (todas me fueron presentadas en PDS, y publicadas con el permiso de Thais). Te ayudar\u00e1n a realizar los cambios.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ahora lo que importa es: <strong>para que reconozcas los patrones que se reproducen en tu cabeza y en tu vida<\/strong>. Este es el primer e importante paso hacia el cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BTEA es una herramienta que permite visualizar el statu quo y comprender c\u00f3mo se interrelacionan todos estos componentes. Es un concepto b\u00e1sico importante, \u00a1familiar\u00edzate con \u00e9l! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El tigre de mis sue\u00f1os<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Me gustar\u00eda cerrar este post con una historia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez vi un tigre. Naturalmente, creo que los tigres son peligrosos para los humanos, y empec\u00e9 a pensar inmediatamente en formas de reaccionar ante la amenaza. Sent\u00ed miedo y una fuerte reacci\u00f3n corporal. Reflexion\u00e9 sobre si deb\u00eda correr hacia un \u00e1rbol e intentar trepar a \u00e9l. O reaccionar de otra manera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces me despert\u00e9. Estaba so\u00f1ando; de hecho, estaba en mi cama todo el tiempo, <strong>y no hay tigres donde yo vivo<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo misma imagin\u00e9 (so\u00f1\u00e9) al tigre, \u00a1y me asust\u00e9 con mis propios pensamientos! Lo que me llev\u00f3 a la acci\u00f3n \/ impulso de hacer algo, que fue despertarme en esta situaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchas situaciones de la vida son iguales: nos asustamos de nuestros propios pensamientos, basados en nuestras experiencias, o en experiencias que nos ense\u00f1an otras personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si mantienes creencias b\u00e1sicas que no se basan en la realidad, sino en an\u00e9cdotas, puede que te est\u00e9s privando de mucho de lo que la vida tiene que darte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQui\u00e9n dice que eres un mal orador? \u00bfUn mal padre? \u00bfUn compa\u00f1ero poco cari\u00f1oso? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si mantiene estas creencias, naturalmente le seguir\u00e1n pensamientos, emociones y acciones de afrontamiento negativas (\u00a1posiblemente destructivas!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoevaluaci\u00f3n realista es una habilidad. La mayor\u00eda de las personas no son capaces de autoevaluarse de forma realista y equilibrada. Por lo tanto, desconf\u00eda de los tigres en tus sue\u00f1os. Desconf\u00eda de ellos para que no te roben la felicidad.
