{"id":282,"date":"2022-12-30T14:02:40","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T14:02:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/?p=282"},"modified":"2022-12-30T14:02:41","modified_gmt":"2022-12-30T14:02:41","slug":"autosugestion-el-caballo-de-batalla-para-el-cambio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/es\/autosugestion-el-caballo-de-batalla-para-el-cambio\/","title":{"rendered":"Autosugesti\u00f3n, el caballo de batalla del cambio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy os presentar\u00e9 el concepto de autosugesti\u00f3n, la <a href=\"https:\/\/university.personaldevelopmentschool.com\/\">caballo de batalla en PDS<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ya comentamos en el art\u00edculo de BTEA, tus acciones en situaciones estresantes a menudo se inician por creencias, que a su vez crean pensamientos y emociones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para trabajar sobre las creencias, puede identificar las <strong>creencias subconscientes profundas <\/strong>conducir esto utilizando el proceso de identificaci\u00f3n de creencias centrales y, a continuaci\u00f3n, aplicar la autosugesti\u00f3n para equilibrar esta creencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En primer lugar, una verdad importante<\/strong>: Nuestro objetivo no es meternos cosas falsas en la cabeza. Nuestro objetivo es equilibrar las creencias que se han instalado en nuestra mente, a trav\u00e9s de experiencias traum\u00e1ticas o de otras situaciones vitales desequilibradas. Nuestro objetivo es equilibrar estas creencias, <strong>para adaptarnos mejor a la vida actual<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque en el pasado, las creencias que constru\u00edas no eran aleatorias. Fueron impulsadas por hechos reales que te ocurrieron, y por una interpretaci\u00f3n de estos hechos utilizando la informaci\u00f3n que ten\u00edas en ese momento. Estas creencias te sirvieron en el pasado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando empiezan a interferir en tu intento de vivir la vida tal y como es hoy - por ejemplo, reaccionando de forma exagerada \/ comiendo en exceso \/ descuidando tu salud \/ falta de sue\u00f1o, etc. - es el momento de dar un paso adelante, agradecerles su protecci\u00f3n en el pasado, dejarlos marchar y reprogramarlos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona la autosugesti\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Usando la autosugesti\u00f3n usted presenta repetidamente pruebas a su mente subconsciente, de la cosa que usted quiere que su mente subconsciente crea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a1Es importante mezclar estas pruebas con las emociones!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los estudios han demostrado que recordamos mucho mejor los hechos cuando se les dota de emociones. Recuerdas a las personas por c\u00f3mo te hicieron sentir, tanto en positivo como en negativo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un ejemplo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, si quieres reprogramar la creencia \"Soy inseguro econ\u00f3micamente\", que est\u00e1 impulsando emociones dolorosas (ansiedad, etc.) y provocando que trabajes en exceso, etc., puedes formular lo contrario a ella: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estoy seguro financieramente, porque: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>y luego empieza a poner pruebas a su lado. S\u00e9 lo m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico posible y ad\u00e1ptalas a tu situaci\u00f3n vital particular. Pon aqu\u00ed s\u00f3lo lo que creas de verdad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estoy seguro financieramente, porque tengo 10.000 USD en ahorros para emergencias, y no he utilizado ninguno de ellos en 10 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estoy seguro econ\u00f3micamente, porque tengo una buena relaci\u00f3n con mi jefe y soy un buen empleado; s\u00e9 que realmente importo a la empresa en la que estoy. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estoy segura econ\u00f3micamente, porque tengo una gran red de apoyo social y un seguro social. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estoy a salvo financieramente, porque leo consejos financieros y vivo de forma frugal. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">consejos pr\u00e1cticos de autosugesti\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Haz la autosugesti\u00f3n por las ma\u00f1anas y por las noches. Dedica al menos varias semanas para ver los resultados, y contin\u00faa con la pr\u00e1ctica. Repetici\u00f3n + Emoci\u00f3n son los dos ingredientes importantes,'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon s\u00f3lo las pruebas en las que realmente creas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se trata de un discurso l\u00f3gico: no est\u00e1s intentando demostrar o comparar ambas posturas. Est\u00e1s reprogramando tu subconsciente, que aceptar\u00e1 cualquier pensamiento que le des. Lo est\u00e1 reprogramando para que abandone viejas creencias que ya no le sirven. Tuvieron su papel, pero ahora necesitan ser reemplazadas por creencias actualizadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1rquese un objetivo ambicioso de pruebas.
