Tuve un sue\u00f1o esta noche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el sue\u00f1o, visitaba un restaurante con un amigo. Hab\u00eda botellas de agua mineral colgadas de un estante, algunas de ellas ten\u00edan moho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego recib\u00ed cubiertos que no estaban limpios, ya que a veces el lavavajillas autom\u00e1tico no consigue limpiarlos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ped\u00ed que me trajeran cubiertos nuevos - la camarera me trajo cubiertos nuevos, pero de nuevo no estaban limpios. Entonces le ped\u00ed que me los cambiara de nuevo (\"Lo siento, ... \u00bfpuede volver a cambi\u00e1rmelos?\").<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta vez trajo los cubiertos nuevos y los meti\u00f3, primero los mangos, en mi plato. Ahora sobresal\u00edan, como cuernos. Los mangos de los cubiertos se hab\u00edan ensuciado por culpa del plato. Era claramente una forma de mostrar su irritaci\u00f3n por mis repetidas peticiones, y no de resolver el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Ya est\u00e1\", dijo con una sonrisa en la cara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dije: \"Estoy seguro de que eres una persona muy agradable en tu vida privada. \u00bfTe das cuenta de que me siento inc\u00f3moda comiendo con cubiertos sucios, que me parecen antihigi\u00e9nicos? No me importa limpiar los cubiertos yo mismo, si me das la oportunidad de hacerlo\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese momento me pareci\u00f3 bien lavar los cubiertos yo mismo. No me molest\u00f3 la reacci\u00f3n de la camarera, pero tambi\u00e9n sab\u00eda que quer\u00eda comer con cubiertos limpios. Y sab\u00eda que ten\u00eda que seguir pidiendo esa necesidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este sue\u00f1o me muestra que he crecido enormemente con los l\u00edmites, y que velar por mis necesidades es una configuraci\u00f3n por defecto <\/strong>ahora. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pasar de tener \"cero\" l\u00edmites (ya que no me parec\u00eda seguro poner l\u00edmites \/ los l\u00edmites estaban mal vistos y se burlaban de m\u00ed) a poner l\u00edmites con calma, incluso cuando la otra persona (en mi sue\u00f1o, la camarera) reacciona de forma exagerada, es algo muy importante. Demuestra que era posible para m\u00ed llegar a esto, a trav\u00e9s de un trabajo constante (a menudo utilizando el herramienta de procesamiento emocional<\/a>y tambi\u00e9n reprogramaci\u00f3n de creencias<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
