Hay algunos patrones comunes, que estoy reconociendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe reconoces en alguno de estos errores? Est\u00e1s disminuyendo innecesariamente tus posibilidades de conseguir el trabajo al que optas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dirigirse a una persona o empresa con el nombre equivocado \/ incluir una carta de motivaci\u00f3n dirigida a otra empresa.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si recibo una solicitud como \u00e9sta, supongo que no ser\u00e1 un empleado muy cuidadoso. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No se revisa la ortograf\u00eda, el correo electr\u00f3nico no tiene un formato cuidado\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De nuevo, si escribes con faltas de ortograf\u00eda que podr\u00edas corregir f\u00e1cilmente con herramientas en l\u00ednea, supongo que tampoco te importar\u00e1n lo suficiente los procesos de la empresa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Su candidatura le representa, es su embajador. Quieres que el embajador tenga mal aspecto y resulte desagradable?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentarse a un puesto afirmando que se tienen las aptitudes necesarias para el mismo, sin respaldarlo con experiencia laboral concreta en el CV.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"Tengo mucha experiencia\" - con s\u00f3lo un mes de empleo real en este tipo de puesto en el pasado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afirmar que se tiene experiencia y no ser capaz de demostrarlo en un d\u00eda de trabajo.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por ejemplo, un candidato que dijera que hab\u00eda hecho m\u00e1s de 5 a\u00f1os de soporte inform\u00e1tico, y que no fuera capaz de sustituir una impresora de red, y no entendiera conceptos b\u00e1sicos de redes (direcciones IP est\u00e1ticas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando se le da la opci\u00f3n de escribir menos, presenta lo m\u00ednimo.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>... \u00a1lo que me lleva a suponer que tambi\u00e9n vas a dar el m\u00ednimo en el trabajo!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incluidas las cosas que indican que quiz\u00e1 no est\u00e9s tan motivado en realidad.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por ejemplo: \"Me despidieron por bajo rendimiento\" en el CV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por ejemplo: \"En b\u00fasqueda activa de empleo desde 1991\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No leer detenida y completamente la descripci\u00f3n del puesto y hacer preguntas que ya tienen respuesta en la descripci\u00f3n del puesto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presionar demasiado para ser entrevistado, etc.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por ejemplo, un candidato escribi\u00f3 \"No quiero que me entrevisten, quiero trabajar\", lo que para m\u00ed supuso un claro rechazo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mostrar signos de insubordinaci\u00f3n \/ ser alguien dif\u00edcil de dirigir.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por ejemplo, que un candidato me diga: \"Tengo buenas noticias para usted y malas noticias para usted\". <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ser poco fiable\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por ejemplo, no llegar a tiempo a la entrevista. Lo s\u00e9, a veces la vida se interpone en el camino: gestiona las expectativas avisando a la empresa a la que te presentas con la mayor antelaci\u00f3n posible de que no vas a poder ir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin educaci\u00f3n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Esto importa, y es algo que puedes solucionar. Tener una formaci\u00f3n general y espec\u00edfica en el campo al que opta le proporcionar\u00e1 una base s\u00f3lida en comparaci\u00f3n con otros candidatos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas estas son cosas que puedes arreglar e influir directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCorregir la ortograf\u00eda de un CV da un poco m\u00e1s de trabajo? S\u00ed. Pero te ahorrar\u00e1 mucho, mucho tiempo, porque tendr\u00e1s m\u00e1s posibilidades de que te acepten.
