En un evento de networking en Londres conoc\u00ed a un grupo de gente y fuimos juntos al bar \"The Alchemist\". Por supuesto, no faltaron las copas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los chicos -llam\u00e9mosle Harry- charl\u00f3 con dos mujeres en una mesa cercana, y pronto le seguimos otros dos caballeros y yo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry y una de las mujeres estaban dialogando. Empec\u00e9 a escucharlo, y pronto el di\u00e1logo se convirti\u00f3 en Harry diciendo cosas como: \"Nada de lo que digas me importa, estoy tranquilo\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por lo que deduje, Harry sinti\u00f3 que ella lo acusaba de mentir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La propia mujer dec\u00eda cosas como: \"Te est\u00e1s poniendo una m\u00e1scara\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Empezaron a dar vueltas en c\u00edrculos, repitiendo las declaraciones de los dem\u00e1s, en cierto modo intentando demostrar sus argumentos individuales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras unos diez minutos m\u00e1s o menos, la mujer pidi\u00f3 a su acompa\u00f1ante que se marchara y se cambiaron a otra mesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry se volvi\u00f3 hacia m\u00ed y continu\u00f3 explic\u00e1ndome que le encantan las mujeres, y que le estaba diciendo la verdad, que es una de las personas m\u00e1s honestas, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dije que lo dejara estar, y que por supuesto yo s\u00e9 y \u00e9l sabe que dice la verdad. Pero que algunas personas perciben las cosas de otra manera, y que es una p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda intentar demostrarles lo contrario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He observado esto un par de veces, cuando dos personas se enzarzan en una discusi\u00f3n - a menudo se trata de ciertos patrones y puntos de dolor que se desencadenan, y las personas tratan de evitar el dolor que experimentaron en el pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hace alg\u00fan tiempo, escrib\u00ed la entrada del blog \"\u00bfC\u00f3mo es no ser provocado?<\/a>\". Imag\u00ednate, qu\u00e9 diferente hubiera sido la conversaci\u00f3n si esa mujer y Harry hubieran carec\u00eda de <\/strong>los desencadenantes individuales: tal vez se habr\u00edan re\u00eddo del malentendido y habr\u00edan hecho nuevos amigos esa noche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toda percepci\u00f3n es una apuesta. Y se basa, y mucho, en nuestro pasado. Dejar ir el dolor implica desprenderse de un pasado doloroso imaginando un presente y un futuro m\u00e1s equilibrados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Utilizado con coherencia, te ayudar\u00e1 a ver que los seres humanos perciben la informaci\u00f3n a su manera particular. No necesitas que los dem\u00e1s humanos sean de una determinada manera para ser feliz. No necesitas demostrar tu inocencia: recuerda que estas personas no son tus padres y no tienen el mismo poder sobre ti que el que tuvieron tus padres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
