Es alguien muy importante, y su marcha podr\u00eda perturbar considerablemente mi actividad y hacerme retroceder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No quiere irse, pero quiere recibir una remuneraci\u00f3n adecuada, acorde con sus responsabilidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se dirigi\u00f3 a m\u00ed dici\u00e9ndome que hab\u00eda o\u00eddo hablar de un puesto diferente, que paga un poco menos, pero tiene muchas menos responsabilidades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reaccion\u00e9 diciendo: \"Vale, tienes que saber lo que quieres. Si quieres menos responsabilidades y estr\u00e9s, acepta este puesto. S\u00f3lo av\u00edsame cuando quieras irte\". Me dijo que no quer\u00eda irse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acab\u00f3 enfadada por la conversaci\u00f3n y porque yo le devolviera el empuj\u00f3n, y se march\u00f3 enfadada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/es\/la-herramienta-de-procesamiento-emocional-basada-en-las-ensenanzas-de-thais-gibson\/\">procesado mis emociones<\/a>Me disculp\u00e9 con ella, mantuvimos otra conversaci\u00f3n y hablamos de un posible aumento de sueldo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s tarde, sin embargo, me encontr\u00e9 a m\u00ed mismo resentido por el aumento de sueldo a ella - y reaccionando con dolor cuando se me record\u00f3 de este aumento de sueldo pr\u00f3ximo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy se ha producido otra de estas reacciones de resentimiento (cuando me han recordado que estoy pagando un vale mensual de gasolina para ella y otra compa\u00f1era). Por supuesto, fui a la herramienta de procesamiento emocional, y termin\u00e9 escribiendo, como una de las creencias: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mis emociones muestran que \"X no merece m\u00e1s paga\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente - estaba haciendo mi resentimiento significa, que ella est\u00e1 pidiendo m\u00e1s salario de lo que es apropiado. Y usando mi fuerte reacci\u00f3n emocional como <strong>justificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> por resistirse al aumento salarial. Tal vez t\u00fa tambi\u00e9n reconozcas este patr\u00f3n: utilizar las emociones como indicador... reduci\u00e9ndolo b\u00e1sicamente a una f\u00f3rmula: <strong>si tengo dolor, algo va mal en el mundo exterior<\/strong>. Si el colega pide m\u00e1s (\u00bfdemasiado?) dinero, si alguien no est\u00e1 rindiendo correctamente en el puesto... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El peligro de utilizar las emociones (no procesadas) para tomar decisiones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ense\u00f1a Thais Gibson, las emociones son causadas por: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>necesidades insatisfechas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>historias dolorosas que nos contamos a nosotros mismos<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A menudo, las emociones EST\u00c1N causadas por historias dolorosas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy he podido descubrir la posible raz\u00f3n de esta fuerte reacci\u00f3n emocional ante la situaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Est\u00e1 en mi pasado.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de esta colega, yo ten\u00eda, en otra ciudad, otra colega muy capaz y motivada, que tambi\u00e9n sol\u00eda ser mi \"mano derecha\". Esta mujer me hab\u00eda pedido m\u00e1s sueldo, a lo que yo hab\u00eda accedido. Pero eso no impidi\u00f3 que se marchara, y acab\u00f3 march\u00e1ndose para unirse a su novio en su empresa. Dec\u00eda que no ve\u00eda potencial de crecimiento en mi empresa, lo cual era cierto en aquel momento, ya que yo no era capaz de hacer crecer la empresa lo suficientemente r\u00e1pido como para ofrecer potencial de crecimiento a personas ambiciosas como ella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A no es A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los humanos aprendemos muy r\u00e1pido, tenemos que hacerlo. Siempre que escribo una palabra, como \"palabra\", suele significar lo mismo. A es A en nuestro cerebro, y mucho. Pero creer que la situaci\u00f3n X es igual que la situaci\u00f3n Y, que una persona humana es muy parecida a otra y que actuar\u00e1 de la misma manera es peligroso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si pasamos por alto detalles muy importantes, como la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral real de las dos mujeres, es posible que acabemos actuando de forma poco beneficiosa y reaccionando irracionalmente. Por supuesto, s\u00f3lo estamos reaccionando a nuestras propias historias y creencias del pasado.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pero... \u00bfc\u00f3mo se te ocurren estas cosas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay una poderosa <strong>t\u00e9cnica adicional <\/strong>que puedes utilizar junto con la herramienta de procesamiento emocional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomiendo usarlo, cuando procesas tus emociones, pero encuentras que el mismo tema, <strong>el mismo dolor aparece una y otra vez. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este dolor que aparece de nuevo es <strong>no <\/strong>necesariamente la prueba, de que tus suposiciones, \"tu historia\" son correctas. Hay un nivel m\u00e1s profundo al que puedes llegar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica es: Escribe la historia. Luego preg\u00fantate \"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es malo?\", o \"\u00bfQu\u00e9 significado le doy a esto sobre m\u00ed?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anota la respuesta a esto, y luego pasa a otro nivel (como en Inception): vuelve a preguntarte: \"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es malo?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este escenario en particular, hice lo siguiente (abreviado): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Significado: <\/strong>Mis emociones muestran que \"X no merece m\u00e1s paga\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es malo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Su salario aumenta, pero no la producci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es malo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Porque estoy regalando parte de los ingresos de la empresa sin recibir nada a cambio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Porque no podr\u00e9 satisfacerla, y tambi\u00e9n se marchar\u00e1 como mi otra empleada M., anteriormente<\/strong>. Los aumentos salariales no resuelven el problema de la insatisfacci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es malo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Porque perder\u00e9 a un buen empleado y volver\u00e9 a tener mucho estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fin entend\u00ed por qu\u00e9 esta respuesta emocional sigue apareciendo en relaci\u00f3n con este empleado en particular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comportamientos autodestructivos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda esta situaci\u00f3n muestra tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/es\/un-importante-video-sobre-los-comportamientos-autodestructivos\/\">comportamientos autodestructivos<\/a> trabajo: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de <strong>reducir <\/strong>estr\u00e9s anticipado, me estoy comportando (\u00a1parad\u00f3jicamente!) de una manera que es m\u00e1s probable que <strong>aumentar <\/strong>\u00a1el estr\u00e9s! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que realmente deseo (inconscientemente) en esta situaci\u00f3n es no perder a esta colega en particular, porque est\u00e1 haciendo un buen trabajo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como me han \"ense\u00f1ado\" que los aumentos salariales no resolver\u00e1n el problema de la p\u00e9rdida por parte de otro empleado en el pasado, me resisto al aumento salarial, lo que le comunica a ella que soy avaricioso y que no estoy dispuesto a compensarla adecuadamente.  Lo que, por supuesto <strong>aumenta <\/strong>el riesgo, de que quiera dejar mi compa\u00f1\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Curiosamente, esto era muy espec\u00edfico de ella - no ten\u00eda los mismos niveles de resentimiento \/ desaf\u00edos emocionales en relaci\u00f3n con el aumento de sueldo con otros empleados. <strong>Estos otros empleados son hombres, y tampoco ocupan el mismo puesto clave que ella. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TL;DR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te encuentras reaccionando con emociones fuertes a algo, y el procesamiento b\u00e1sico no ayuda, es muy valioso explorar la ra\u00edz de esto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ra\u00edz se encuentra en las experiencias pasadas, que te ense\u00f1aron ciertas cosas, absorbiste ciertas creencias. Ciertas creencias que pueden ser err\u00f3neas, inexactas, ya que el mundo es ruidoso, impredecible y \"a la gente buena le pasan cosas malas\". No dejes que estas cosas malas del pasado te traigan m\u00e1s cosas malas en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servicios de coaching para ejecutivos de nivel C<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dirigir una empresa es una tarea ardua y estresante.
