{"id":521,"date":"2026-05-29T20:28:27","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T20:28:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/?p=521"},"modified":"2026-05-29T20:28:31","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T20:28:31","slug":"como-reeducar-los-habitos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/es\/how-to-retrain-habits\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo reeducar los h\u00e1bitos"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1-1024x682.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1-1024x682.png 1024w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1-18x12.png 18w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1.png 1471w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sol\u00eda pasarme el hilo dental despu\u00e9s de cepillarme los dientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi novia me explic\u00f3 que es mejor hacerlo de la otra manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resulta que no era tan sencillo cambiar de h\u00e1bito: a menudo empezaba a cepillarme los dientes y me olvidaba de usar primero el hilo dental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso se me ocurri\u00f3 una idea para reeducar el h\u00e1bito, que funcion\u00f3 sorprendentemente bien: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada vez que recordaba que deb\u00eda hacerlo al rev\u00e9s, dejaba inmediatamente de cepillarme los dientes (= interrump\u00eda el paso equivocado de la secuencia). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego hice el primer paso correcto de la secuencia (usar hilo dental), y termin\u00e9 con el cepillado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto funcion\u00f3, como hab\u00eda teorizado: Pude reescribir el h\u00e1bito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora, cuando me cepillo los dientes, casi siempre empiezo con el hilo dental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomendaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siempre que quiera volver a entrenar una secuencia de h\u00e1bitos, o volver a entrenar un h\u00e1bito por completo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">interrumpe inmediatamente el h\u00e1bito, cuando se te pase por la cabeza que deber\u00edas hacerlo de otra manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supongamos que quiere dejar de fumar y se enciende un cigarrillo distra\u00eddamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando se te pase por la cabeza la idea de que has decidido dejar de fumar, apaga inmediatamente ese cigarrillo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el tiempo, esto har\u00e1 que el h\u00e1bito se adelante cada vez m\u00e1s, hasta que la acci\u00f3n no se inicie en absoluto, ya que recordar\u00e1 en tiempo real, antes de empezar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonificaci\u00f3n: \u00bfc\u00f3mo aprender a conectarse a su sistema bancario en l\u00ednea?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como me conecto a mi cuenta bancaria varias veces al d\u00eda, pens\u00e9 que era mejor no utilizar el gestor de contrase\u00f1as e introducir el n\u00famero de cuenta y la contrase\u00f1a de memoria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta es la forma en que lo hice, en - de nuevo - sorprendentemente pocos movimientos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>introduzca el n\u00famero tal y como lo recuerda (lo m\u00e1s probable es que se equivoque)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compruebe y corrija manualmente el n\u00famero (no copie y pegue)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repite, hasta que empieces a acertar el n\u00famero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a continuaci\u00f3n, haga lo mismo con la contrase\u00f1a <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si has aprendido a teclear los datos de la cuenta de memoria, fluir\u00e1n sin m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Especulaci\u00f3n: c\u00f3mo reeducar los procesos de pensamiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especulo que los procesos de pensamiento son b\u00e1sicamente h\u00e1bitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo, tengo este bloqueo mental sobre que los negocios son hipercompetitivos, que aprend\u00ed de Peter Thiel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(No le culpo espec\u00edficamente, pero empiezo a ver competencia por todas partes... y me preocupan los m\u00e1rgenes). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo tanto, si quiero volver a entrenar ese pensamiento o equilibrarlo, tengo que darme cuenta de cu\u00e1ndo surge y sustituirlo por una percepci\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa de la realidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si lo hago con la frecuencia suficiente, el h\u00e1bito se ir\u00e1 reestructurando.
