Certaines personnes utilisent des m\u00e9thodes directes pour y parvenir, par exemple en fixant des limites et en se dissociant des personnes qui ne respectent pas ces limites. (Ce qui revient \u00e0 fixer une limite plus stricte). Et en s'associant \u00e0 des personnes qui sont s\u00fbres et fournissent un amour constant (parce qu'elles en sont intrins\u00e8quement capables). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D'autres personnes ont appris dans leur enfance qu'il n'est pas prudent de fixer des limites. Que les limites seront ignor\u00e9es. Ou peut-\u00eatre, que d'autres personnes quand ils obtiennent trop proche <strong>sera<\/strong> les accablent. Ils se retirent donc (\u00e9vitants d\u00e9daigneux) - et <strong>contr\u00f4le <\/strong>la proximit\u00e9 et l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 que cette proximit\u00e9 provoque en se retirant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D'autres ont appris qu'ils devaient \u00eatre extr\u00eamement agressifs et manipulateurs pour obtenir l'attention des autres. Mon ex-petite amie (la seule jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent) a essay\u00e9 de me rendre jaloux, par exemple. Cela n'a pas fonctionn\u00e9 comme elle l'avait pr\u00e9vu... (attachement anxieux).
