Et chaque personne a appris ses propres m\u00e9canismes d'adaptation. Qui se manifestent par l'\u00e9vitement ou l'hyperactivation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous ces m\u00e9canismes d'adaptation servent \u00e0 minimiser l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, qui est per\u00e7ue comme une menace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est possible que l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 soit la r\u00e9ponse du corps aux menaces qu'il per\u00e7oit comme potentiellement mortelles. C'est sa repr\u00e9sentation des risques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 la vie, des risques auxquels il faut faire face. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9vitant d\u00e9daigneux peut se retirer, ne pas r\u00e9pondre aux messages... ne pas s'engager avec vous \u00e0 un niveau plus profond. Parce que cela lui ferait ressentir beaucoup d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 - qu'il n'a pas d'autres m\u00e9canismes pour g\u00e9rer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En retour, lorsque l'\u00e9vitant d\u00e9daigneux se retire, le partenaire anxieusement attach\u00e9 (s'il y a un tel partenaire dans le tableau), sentira l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 monter en lui. Cette personne a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se mutiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9cemment, je l'ai vu avec un bras band\u00e9 (et il n'\u00e9tait pas venu depuis quelques jours). J'ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 un de ses amis ce qui s'\u00e9tait pass\u00e9. \"Il a eu un accident - il s'est coup\u00e9 et a d\u00fb aller \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital pendant trois jours\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voil\u00e0, mes amis, \u00e0 quel point l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 est forte - elle peut pousser les gens \u00e0 se couper durement, si durement qu'ils sont hospitalis\u00e9s -. <strong>afin de ne pas ressentir la douleur de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>. Je peux donc t\u00e9moigner que, effectivement, les gens doivent \u00eatre <strong>assez d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9 <\/strong>s'ils se coupent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En d'autres termes, les gens vont se \"sacrifier\" et se saboter (d'une certaine mani\u00e8re), afin d'\u00e9viter cette anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 qui, pour eux, \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 la destruction, l'annihilation ou la mort. Ils vont se permettre d'\u00eatre endommag\u00e9s d'une autre mani\u00e8re. C'est instinctif, et tr\u00e8s fort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prochaine fois qu'un \u00e9vitant d\u00e9daigneux se retire, gardez cela \u00e0 l'esprit et soyez doux avec lui. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les narcissiques, les personnes qui contr\u00f4lent et l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je pense que, de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, pour les narcissiques et autres personnes contr\u00f4lantes, l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 est un moteur essentiel de leurs comportements (n\u00e9gatifs). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n'est pas personnel, loin de l\u00e0. C'est le r\u00e9sultat d'une incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ses propres \u00e9motions de mani\u00e8re productive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, lorsqu'ils ressentent une perte de contr\u00f4le (ce qui cr\u00e9e de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9), ils vont combattre l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 en humiliant d'autres personnes \/ sarcasmes \/ autres comportements. Cela sert \u00e0 \"r\u00e9tablir le contr\u00f4le\" (ou plut\u00f4t le sentiment de contr\u00f4le). Parce qu'ils savent qu'entendre ce que vous avez \u00e0 partager pourrait augmenter leur niveau d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les gens deviennent tr\u00e8s irrationnels lorsque la r\u00e9duction de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 est en jeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les gens ne sont pas logiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N'oubliez pas que les gens ne sont pas logiques. Ils sont mus par leurs \u00e9motions. La logique n'est pas une adaptation parfaite au monde ext\u00e9rieur - nous ne faisons pas fonctionner des \"arbres de d\u00e9cision parfaits\".
