Cela me prot\u00e9gera contre les relations dysfonctionnelles \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque : les cinq \u00e9tapes sont des filtres individuels - si l'une d'entre elles \"\u00e9choue\" (par exemple, si je ne me sens pas en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avec la personne, mais que tout le reste est OK), je mettrai fin \u00e0 la relation en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Five-Steps-to-avoid-dysfunctional-relationships.pdf\">Liste de contr\u00f4le : cinq \u00e9tapes pour \u00e9viter les relations dysfonctionnelles (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(\"John waite \/ Alison Krauss - Missing you\") <\/em>- \u00e9crit sur <strong>2.2.22<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">0 Attraction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce que je ressens vraiment un <strong>attraction<\/strong> \u00e0 la personne, au projet, est-ce que je veux d\u00e9penser l'\u00e9nergie de ma vie avec eux ? Est-ce que je vois un avenir avec elle ? (Affaires, relations, amiti\u00e9s) Comment cette personne me fait-elle sentir sur une base r\u00e9guli\u00e8re ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne commencez jamais une relation par piti\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un environnement s\u00fbr et confortable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce que je me sens en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'aise avec cette personne ? Si ce n'est pas le cas, cette relation n'est pas pour moi, quittez-la imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B Investissement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'autre personne fait-elle aussi un effort dans la relation, \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re ? Est-ce qu'elle me tend la main, est-ce qu'elle veut passer du temps avec moi, est-ce qu'elle fait des suggestions ? Continue-t-elle \u00e0 s'investir, dans la limite de ses capacit\u00e9s et de sa situation personnelle ? Communique-t-elle sur une situation de vie qui pourrait la freiner ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'autre personne envoie-t-elle \u00e9galement des signaux appropri\u00e9s pour le type de relation qui m'int\u00e9resse ? Par exemple, cherche-t-elle une relation amoureuse ou amicale ? Des affaires ou un copain ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l'investissement n'est pas quelque peu \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et mutuellement gratifiant (par exemple, si vous montez ensemble l'\u00e9chelle de l'investissement mutuel), retirez-vous et laissez la relation s'\u00e9tioler.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne courez jamais apr\u00e8s les relations. D'autres opportunit\u00e9s sont \u00e0 venir, et mon \u00e9nergie vitale sera mieux investie en moi-m\u00eame si elle n'est pas \u00e9gal\u00e9e mutuellement par l'autre personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C Communication et coop\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La personne est-elle un bon communicateur, m\u00eame dans des situations stressantes ? Essaiera-t-elle d'aborder les questions que je soul\u00e8ve, et de coop\u00e9rer pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes, trouver des compromis ?  Ou bien est-elle rigide, et veut-elle que les choses soient \"uniquement \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on\" ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S'il y a trop de rigidit\u00e9, quittez la relation. La flexibilit\u00e9 des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s est n\u00e9cessaire pour que la relation fonctionne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre : Si une femme fait savoir qu'elle ne veut pas d'une relation, j'abandonne la relation (fantasme) et je me distancie compl\u00e8tement de cette personne imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D Documentation des mod\u00e8les redoutables : croire les donn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce que je ressens un sch\u00e9ma d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 lorsque j'interagis avec cette personne ? Documentez l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, les situations, la personne et la fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 laquelle elle se manifeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S'agit-il d'un probl\u00e8me qui peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 ? Ou s'agit-il d'un probl\u00e8me syst\u00e9matique, peut-\u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 un certain sch\u00e9ma chez le partenaire ? Peut-on r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me avec le partenaire, ou est-il rigide \u00e0 ce sujet ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Croyez le <strong>d<\/strong>ata.
