{"id":279,"date":"2022-12-30T13:43:03","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T13:43:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/?p=279"},"modified":"2023-01-01T07:15:21","modified_gmt":"2023-01-01T07:15:21","slug":"quest-ce-que-le-btea-et-en-quoi-cela-me-concerne-t-il","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/fr\/quest-ce-que-le-btea-et-en-quoi-cela-me-concerne-t-il\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu'est-ce que la BTEA, et en quoi cela me concerne-t-il ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BTEA est un concept introduit (pour moi) par <a href=\"https:\/\/university.personaldevelopmentschool.com\/\">Thais Gibson de l'\u00e9cole de d\u00e9veloppement personnel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s'agit d'un acronyme, qui signifie : Croyances - Pens\u00e9es - \u00c9motions - Actions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il d\u00e9crit la cha\u00eene qui va des croyances aux actions qui en d\u00e9coulent et qui est construite dans notre cerveau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cha\u00eene est initi\u00e9e par un d\u00e9clencheur - une situation qui entre en r\u00e9sonance avec les croyances que vous entretenez. Le d\u00e9clencheur ne fait pas partie de cet acronyme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois lanc\u00e9e, la cha\u00eene se d\u00e9roulera souvent de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9visible et vous am\u00e8nera finalement \u00e0 entreprendre les actions qui lui sont associ\u00e9es ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C'est souvent le comportement souhait\u00e9 <\/strong>- Disons qu'avec un serpent venimeux - vous croyez (\u00e0 juste titre) qu'il est dangereux pour votre sant\u00e9. Vous aurez des pens\u00e9es telles que \"Je devrais me sortir de cette situation au plus vite, le serpent est dangereux\". Vous allez ressentir de la peur et \u00e9ventuellement d'autres \u00e9motions qui sont <strong>appropri\u00e9 <\/strong>pour la situation dans laquelle vous vous trouvez, et qui vous aident \u00e0 r\u00e9agir \u00e0 la situation. Pouss\u00e9 par les \u00e9motions, vous allez prendre une mesure d'adaptation. Vous pouvez essayer d'attaquer le serpent pour le tuer en premier, vous pouvez essayer de vous enfuir, ou vous pouvez rester fig\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que cela soit appropri\u00e9 avec les serpents et autres animaux dangereux, agir en fonction de croyances d\u00e9pass\u00e9es <strong>peuvent souvent nous retenir dans la vie<\/strong>. Regardez comment la cha\u00eene se construit dans mon prochain exemple, la prise de parole en public : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemple de croyance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, dans une situation de prise de parole en public, o\u00f9 l'on vous demande de faire un discours... <strong>(d\u00e9clencheur)<\/strong>le <strong>croyance <\/strong>que c'est effrayant de parler devant un grand nombre de personnes va cr\u00e9er \u00e0 son tour <strong>pens\u00e9es <\/strong>qui sont en accord avec cette conviction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque : ces croyances sont \u00e0 leur tour entra\u00een\u00e9es par d'autres croyances, et ainsi de suite - \u00e0 la base de tout cela se trouvent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ce que l'on appelle les \"<a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/fr\/lidentification-de-vos-blessures-profondes\/\"><strong>plaies principales<\/strong><\/a>\". (Il s'agit simplement d'un nom fantaisiste pour d\u00e9signer certaines croyances n\u00e9gatives tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandues qui, selon les travaux de Thais Gibson, sont \u00e0 l'origine de la plupart des autres croyances des gens). Cela d\u00e9pend vraiment de ce que vous avez appris et vu dans la vie, de ce qui a fonctionn\u00e9 pour vous dans le pass\u00e9 et de ce qui est facilement accessible. En p\u00e9riode de grand stress, vous aurez naturellement recours \u00e0 vos m\u00e9canismes d'adaptation pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, si vous \u00e9tiez historiquement capable de vous calmer en buvant, <strong>vous pourriez boire <\/strong>(alcool). Il s'agirait d'un exemple de comportement contre-productif (apr\u00e8s tout, l'alcool a des effets secondaires n\u00e9gatifs, qui sont n\u00e9fastes dans une situation de prise de parole en public !) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note : L'\u00e9quation BTEA sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente pour chacun - il y a diff\u00e9rentes croyances qui dirigent vos pens\u00e9es, \u00e9motions et actions. En cas de doute, \u00e9coutez ce avec quoi vous \u00eates le plus en r\u00e9sonance \u00e9motionnelle - ce qui vous semble le plus douloureux. Vos \u00e9motions sont une boussole qui vous guide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En quoi cela est-il important ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est important si vous voulez obtenir des r\u00e9sultats diff\u00e9rents de ceux que vous obtenez aujourd'hui, si vous voulez vous d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comprenant le m\u00e9canisme qui vous fait agir comme vous le faites dans certaines situations, et les points sur lesquels vous pouvez influencer et modifier consciemment les param\u00e8tres du m\u00e9canisme, vous pouvez obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats - les r\u00e9sultats que vous voulez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Briser la cha\u00eene pour obtenir le r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarquez que tout a commenc\u00e9 par un <strong>croyance<\/strong>. Toute la structure compliqu\u00e9e repose sur la croyance - si vous \u00eates capable de vous d\u00e9barrasser de la croyance, alors tout le reste n'en d\u00e9coulera pas ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cha\u00eene peut naturellement \u00eatre bris\u00e9e \u00e0 d'autres endroits \u00e9galement - \u00e0 la fin (action), au niveau de la pens\u00e9e et \u00e9galement au niveau \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'impact le plus puissant et le changement le plus rapide se produiront si vous travaillez sur tous les endroits de cette cha\u00eene \u00e0 la fois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9senterai les outils n\u00e9cessaires (qui m'ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans PDS, et publi\u00e9s avec la permission de Thais) dans ce blog. Ils vous aideront \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre les changements !  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l'instant, ce qui compte c'est : <strong>pour que vous puissiez reconna\u00eetre les sch\u00e9mas qui se produisent dans votre t\u00eate et dans votre vie.<\/strong>. C'est le premier et important pas vers le changement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le BTEA est un outil qui permet de visualiser le statu quo et de comprendre comment tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont li\u00e9s. Il s'agit d'un concept de base important, veuillez vous familiariser avec lui ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le tigre dans mes r\u00eaves<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je voudrais terminer ce billet par une histoire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un jour, j'ai vu un tigre. Naturellement, je crois que les tigres sont dangereux pour les humains - et j'ai imm\u00e9diatement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 penser \u00e0 des moyens de r\u00e9agir \u00e0 cette menace. J'ai ressenti de la peur, et une forte r\u00e9action corporelle. Je me suis demand\u00e9 si je devais courir vers un arbre et essayer d'y grimper. Ou r\u00e9agir d'une autre mani\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9. Je r\u00eavais - en fait, j'\u00e9tais dans mon lit tout le temps, <strong>et il n'y a pas de tigres l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je vis.<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai imagin\u00e9 (r\u00eav\u00e9) le tigre moi-m\u00eame - et je me suis fait peur avec mes propres pens\u00e9es ! Ce qui a conduit \u00e0 l'action \/ l'impulsion de faire quelque chose, c'est-\u00e0-dire de me r\u00e9veiller dans cette situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il en va de m\u00eame dans de nombreuses situations de la vie : nous avons peur de nos propres pens\u00e9es, bas\u00e9es sur nos exp\u00e9riences ou sur les exp\u00e9riences qui nous sont enseign\u00e9es par d'autres personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez des croyances fondamentales qui ne sont pas fond\u00e9es sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, mais sur des anecdotes, vous vous privez peut-\u00eatre de beaucoup de ce que la vie a \u00e0 offrir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui dit que vous \u00eates un mauvais orateur ? Un mauvais parent ? Un partenaire peu aimant ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous entretenez ces croyances, des pens\u00e9es et des \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives ainsi que des mesures d'adaptation (\u00e9ventuellement destructrices !) suivront naturellement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'auto-\u00e9valuation r\u00e9aliste est une comp\u00e9tence. La plupart des gens ne sont pas capables de s'auto-\u00e9valuer d'une mani\u00e8re vraiment r\u00e9aliste et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. M\u00e9fiez-vous donc des tigres dans vos r\u00eaves - m\u00e9fiez-vous d'eux pour qu'ils ne vous volent pas votre bonheur.
