J'ai fait un r\u00eave cette nuit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ce r\u00eave, je me rendais dans un restaurant avec un ami. Des bouteilles d'eau min\u00e9rale \u00e9taient suspendues \u00e0 un support et certaines d'entre elles \u00e9taient couvertes de moisissures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

J'ai ensuite re\u00e7u des couverts qui n'\u00e9taient pas propres, car il arrive que le lave-vaisselle automatique ne les nettoie pas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

J'ai demand\u00e9 que l'on m'apporte de nouveaux couverts - la serveuse m'a apport\u00e9 de nouveaux couverts, mais ils n'\u00e9taient pas propres. Je lui ai alors demand\u00e9 de les changer \u00e0 nouveau (\"Je suis d\u00e9sol\u00e9, ... pouvez-vous changer cela \u00e0 nouveau ?\").<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette fois-ci, elle a apport\u00e9 les nouveaux couverts et les a coll\u00e9s, les manches en premier, dans mon plat. Ils d\u00e9passaient maintenant, comme des bois de cerf. Les manches des couverts \u00e9taient devenus sales \u00e0 cause du plat. C'\u00e9tait clairement une fa\u00e7on de montrer son irritation face \u00e0 mes demandes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es, et non de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Voil\u00e0\", dit-elle, avec un sourire en coin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je lui ai dit : \"Je suis s\u00fbr que vous \u00eates une personne tr\u00e8s gentille dans votre vie priv\u00e9e. Voyez-vous que je me sens mal \u00e0 l'aise lorsque je mange avec des couverts sales, ce qui me semble contraire \u00e0 l'hygi\u00e8ne ? Cela ne me d\u00e9range pas de nettoyer les couverts moi-m\u00eame, si vous me donnez l'occasion de le faire\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans mon esprit, j'\u00e9tais d'accord pour laver les couverts moi-m\u00eame, \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Je n'\u00e9tais pas contrari\u00e9e par la r\u00e9action de la serveuse, mais je savais aussi que je voulais manger avec des couverts propres. Et je savais que je devais continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9clamer ce besoin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce r\u00eave me montre que j'ai beaucoup grandi en me fixant des limites, et que veiller \u00e0 mes besoins est une priorit\u00e9 pour moi. r\u00e9glage par d\u00e9faut <\/strong>maintenant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passer de \"z\u00e9ro\" limites (car j'avais l'impression qu'il n'\u00e9tait pas s\u00fbr de fixer des limites \/ les limites \u00e9taient mal vues et moqu\u00e9es) \u00e0 fixer des limites de mani\u00e8re calme, m\u00eame lorsque l'autre personne (dans mon r\u00eave, la serveuse) r\u00e9agit de mani\u00e8re excessive, c'est \u00e9norme. Cela montre qu'il m'\u00e9tait possible d'y parvenir, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail coh\u00e9rent (en utilisant souvent la m\u00e9thode des outil de traitement des \u00e9motions<\/a>et aussi reprogrammation des croyances<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
