Il y a des sch\u00e9mas communs que je reconnais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous reconnaissez-vous dans l'une de ces erreurs ? Vous diminuez inutilement vos chances d'obtenir l'emploi pour lequel vous postulez :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S'adresser \u00e0 une personne ou \u00e0 une entreprise en utilisant un nom erron\u00e9 \/ inclure une lettre de motivation adress\u00e9e \u00e0 une autre entreprise.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si je re\u00e7ois une demande comme celle-ci, je suppose que vous n'\u00eates pas un employ\u00e9 tr\u00e8s prudent. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne pas v\u00e9rifier l'orthographe, le courrier \u00e9lectronique n'est pas soigneusement format\u00e9\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encore une fois, si vous \u00e9crivez avec des fautes d'orthographe que vous pourriez facilement corriger \u00e0 l'aide d'outils en ligne, je suppose que vous ne vous soucierez pas suffisamment des processus de l'entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Votre candidature vous repr\u00e9sente, elle est votre ambassadrice. Voulez-vous que cet ambassadeur ait l'air n\u00e9glig\u00e9 et qu'il soit r\u00e9barbatif ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postuler \u00e0 un poste en affirmant que vous avez les comp\u00e9tences requises, sans l'\u00e9tayer par une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle concr\u00e8te dans votre CV.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"Je suis tr\u00e8s exp\u00e9riment\u00e9\" - avec seulement un mois d'emploi effectif dans ce type de poste dans le pass\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9tendre avoir de l'exp\u00e9rience, mais ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de l'\u00e9tayer lors d'une journ\u00e9e de travail.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Par exemple, un candidat qui affirme avoir travaill\u00e9 plus de cinq ans dans le domaine de l'assistance informatique, qui n'est pas en mesure de remplacer une imprimante r\u00e9seau et qui ne comprend pas les concepts de base de la mise en r\u00e9seau (adresses IP statiques).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00e9crire moins, vous soumettez le strict minimum\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>... ce qui me laisse supposer que vous allez \u00e9galement donner le strict minimum au travail !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y compris des choses qui indiquent que vous n'\u00eates peut-\u00eatre pas si motiv\u00e9 que cela.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Par exemple : \"J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9 pour des raisons de faible performance\" dans le CV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Par exemple : \"Recherche active d'un poste depuis 1991\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ne pas lire attentivement et compl\u00e8tement la description du poste et poser des questions auxquelles il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9pondu dans la description du poste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pousser trop fort pour \u00eatre interview\u00e9, etc.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Par exemple, un candidat a \u00e9crit \"Je ne veux pas passer d'entretien, je veux travailler\" - un refus clair pour moi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montrer des signes d'insubordination \/ \u00eatre quelqu'un de difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Par exemple, un candidat me dit : \"J'ai une bonne et une mauvaise nouvelle pour vous\". <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manque de fiabilit\u00e9\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>par exemple, ne pas se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l'heure \u00e0 l'entretien. Je sais, la vie est parfois un obstacle - g\u00e9rez vos attentes en informant l'entreprise \u00e0 laquelle vous postulez le plus longtemps possible \u00e0 l'avance que vous ne pourrez pas vous rendre \u00e0 l'entretien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne pas \u00eatre \u00e9duqu\u00e9\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C'est important - et c'est quelque chose que vous pouvez corriger ! Une formation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, et plus particuli\u00e8rement dans le domaine pour lequel vous postulez, vous donnera une base solide par rapport aux autres candidats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont des choses que vous pouvez r\u00e9gler et sur lesquelles vous pouvez avoir une influence directe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00e9rification orthographique d'un CV demande-t-elle un peu plus de travail ? Oui. Mais vous gagnerez beaucoup de temps, car vous aurez plus de chances d'\u00eatre accept\u00e9.
