Son d\u00e9part pourrait perturber consid\u00e9rablement mes activit\u00e9s et me faire perdre du terrain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ne veut pas partir, mais elle veut \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, en fonction de ses responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle m'a dit qu'elle avait entendu parler d'un autre poste, un peu moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9, mais avec beaucoup moins de responsabilit\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai r\u00e9agi en r\u00e9pliquant : \"D'accord, vous devez savoir ce que vous voulez. Si tu veux moins de responsabilit\u00e9s et de stress, accepte ce poste. Faites-moi savoir quand vous voudrez partir\". Elle m'a r\u00e9pondu qu'elle ne voulait pas partir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle a fini par \u00eatre agac\u00e9e par la conversation et par le fait que je la repousse, et elle est partie en claquant la porte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I puis <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/fr\/loutil-de-traitement-des-emotions-base-sur-les-enseignements-de-thais-gibsons\/\">traiter mes \u00e9motions<\/a>Il s'est excus\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d'elle, a eu une autre conversation et a discut\u00e9 avec elle d'une \u00e9ventuelle augmentation de salaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus tard, cependant, je me suis retrouv\u00e9e \u00e0 lui en vouloir pour l'augmentation de salaire - et \u00e0 r\u00e9agir avec douleur lorsqu'on me rappelait cette augmentation de salaire \u00e0 venir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd'hui, une autre de ces r\u00e9actions de ressentiment s'est produite (lorsqu'on m'a rappel\u00e9 que je payais un bon d'essence mensuel pour elle et un autre coll\u00e8gue). Bien s\u00fbr, j'ai consult\u00e9 l'outil de traitement des \u00e9motions et j'ai fini par \u00e9crire, comme l'une des croyances : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mes \u00e9motions montrent que \"X ne m\u00e9rite pas plus de salaire\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, j'ai fait passer mon ressentiment pour le fait qu'elle demande un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que ce qui est appropri\u00e9. Et j'utilisais ma forte r\u00e9action \u00e9motionnelle comme <strong>justification<\/strong> pour avoir r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 l'augmentation de salaire. Peut-\u00eatre reconnaissez-vous \u00e9galement ce sch\u00e9ma, qui consiste \u00e0 utiliser les \u00e9motions comme indicateur... et \u00e0 le r\u00e9duire \u00e0 une formule : <strong>si je souffre, c'est que quelque chose ne va pas dans le monde ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong>. Que le coll\u00e8gue demande plus (trop ?) d'argent, que quelqu'un n'occupe pas correctement son poste ... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le danger d'utiliser les \u00e9motions (non trait\u00e9es) pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l'enseigne Thais Gibson, les \u00e9motions sont caus\u00e9es par.. : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>besoins non satisfaits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les histoires douloureuses que nous nous racontons<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent, les \u00e9motions sont caus\u00e9es par des histoires douloureuses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd'hui, j'ai pu d\u00e9couvrir la raison possible de cette forte r\u00e9action \u00e9motionnelle \u00e0 la situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C'est mon pass\u00e9 !<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant cette coll\u00e8gue, j'avais, dans une autre ville, une autre coll\u00e8gue tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9tente et motiv\u00e9e - elle \u00e9tait aussi mon \"bras droit\". Cette femme avait demand\u00e9 une augmentation de salaire, ce que j'avais accept\u00e9. Mais cela ne l'a pas emp\u00each\u00e9e de partir - elle est finalement partie rejoindre son petit ami dans son entreprise. Elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'elle ne voyait pas de potentiel de croissance dans mon entreprise - ce qui \u00e9tait vrai \u00e0 ce stade, je n'\u00e9tais pas en mesure de d\u00e9velopper l'entreprise assez rapidement \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque pour offrir un potentiel de croissance \u00e0 des personnes ambitieuses comme elle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A n'est pas A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00eatres humains apprennent tr\u00e8s vite - il le faut. Chaque fois que j'\u00e9cris un mot, comme \"mot\", il signifie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la m\u00eame chose. A est A dans notre cerveau - c'est tout \u00e0 fait vrai. Mais il est dangereux de croire que la situation X est la m\u00eame que la situation Y, qu'une personne humaine est tr\u00e8s semblable \u00e0 une autre personne et qu'elle agira de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si nous n\u00e9gligeons des d\u00e9tails tr\u00e8s importants, comme la satisfaction professionnelle r\u00e9elle des deux femmes, nous pourrions finir par agir de mani\u00e8re non b\u00e9n\u00e9fique et r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re irrationnelle. Bien s\u00fbr, nous ne faisons que r\u00e9agir \u00e0 nos propres histoires et croyances que nous avons acquises dans le pass\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais ... comment trouver ces choses ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe un puissant <strong>technique suppl\u00e9mentaire <\/strong>que vous pouvez utiliser avec l'outil de traitement des \u00e9motions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous recommande de l'utiliser lorsque vous traitez vos \u00e9motions, mais que vous vous retrouvez sur le m\u00eame sujet, <strong>la m\u00eame douleur revient sans cesse. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette douleur qui r\u00e9appara\u00eet est <strong>pas <\/strong>Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de prouver que vos hypoth\u00e8ses, \"votre histoire\", sont correctes. Il existe un niveau plus profond auquel vous pouvez acc\u00e9der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La technique est la suivante : \u00c9crire l'histoire. Puis demandez : \"Pourquoi est-ce mauvais ?\", ou \"Qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour moi ?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notez la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question, puis passez \u00e0 un autre niveau (comme dans Inception) - posez \u00e0 nouveau la question \"Pourquoi est-ce mauvais ?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce sc\u00e9nario particulier, j'ai proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re suivante (en abr\u00e9g\u00e9) : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Signification : <\/strong>Mes \u00e9motions montrent que \"X ne m\u00e9rite pas plus de salaire\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi est-ce mauvais ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Son salaire augmente, mais pas la production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi est-ce mauvais ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parce que je donne une partie des revenus de l'entreprise sans rien recevoir en retour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parce que je ne pourrai pas la satisfaire, et elle partira elle aussi, comme mon autre employ\u00e9e M., pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment<\/strong>. Les augmentations de salaire ne r\u00e9solvent pas le probl\u00e8me de l'insatisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi est-ce mauvais ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parce que je perdrai un bon collaborateur et que j'aurai \u00e0 nouveau beaucoup de stress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai enfin compris pourquoi cette r\u00e9action \u00e9motionnelle revenait sans cesse \u00e0 propos de cet employ\u00e9 en particulier ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comportements autodestructeurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toute cette situation montre \u00e9galement \u00e0 quel point les <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/fr\/une-video-importante-sur-les-comportements-dautodefense\/\">les comportements autodestructeurs<\/a> travail : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de <strong>r\u00e9duire <\/strong>Si j'anticipe le stress, je me comporte (paradoxalement !) d'une mani\u00e8re qui a plus de chances de me faire du bien. <strong>augmenter <\/strong>le stress ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que je souhaite vraiment (inconsciemment) dans cette situation, c'est de ne pas perdre cette coll\u00e8gue en particulier, parce qu'elle fait du bon travail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme on m'a \"appris\" que les augmentations de salaire ne r\u00e9soudront pas le probl\u00e8me de la perte d'un autre employ\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9, je r\u00e9siste \u00e0 l'augmentation de salaire - ce qui lui indique que je suis avide et que je ne suis pas dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.  Ce qui, bien entendu <strong>augmentations <\/strong>le risque qu'elle veuille quitter mon entreprise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter qu'il s'agissait d'une situation tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique pour elle - je n'ai pas ressenti les m\u00eames niveaux de ressentiment \/ d\u00e9fis \u00e9motionnels concernant l'augmentation de salaire avec d'autres employ\u00e9s. <strong>Ces autres employ\u00e9s sont des hommes et n'occupent pas non plus le m\u00eame poste cl\u00e9 qu'elle. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TL;DR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous r\u00e9agissez avec de fortes \u00e9motions \u00e0 quelque chose et que le traitement de base ne vous aide pas, il est tr\u00e8s utile d'explorer la racine de ce probl\u00e8me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La racine se trouve dans les exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es, qui vous ont appris certaines choses, vous ont inculqu\u00e9 certaines croyances. Certaines croyances qui peuvent \u00eatre erron\u00e9es, inexactes - comme le monde est bruyant, impr\u00e9visible, et \"les mauvaises choses arrivent aux bonnes personnes\". Ne laissez pas ces mauvaises choses du pass\u00e9 entra\u00eener d'autres mauvaises choses dans l'avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Services de coaching pour les cadres de haut niveau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diriger une entreprise est une t\u00e2che difficile et stressante.
