je commen\u00e7ais souvent \u00e0 me brosser les dents et j'oubliais d'abord d'utiliser du fil dentaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est pourquoi j'ai eu l'id\u00e9e de r\u00e9apprendre cette habitude, ce qui a \u00e9tonnamment bien fonctionn\u00e9 : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque fois que je me rappelais que je devais le faire dans l'autre sens, j'arr\u00eatais imm\u00e9diatement de me brosser les dents (= interruption de la mauvaise \u00e9tape de la s\u00e9quence). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J'ai ensuite effectu\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de la s\u00e9quence (fil dentaire) et j'ai termin\u00e9 par le brossage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela a fonctionn\u00e9, comme je l'avais th\u00e9oris\u00e9 : J'ai pu r\u00e9\u00e9crire l'habitude. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd'hui, lorsque je me brosse les dents, je commence presque toujours par utiliser du fil dentaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommandation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque fois que vous souhaitez modifier une s\u00e9quence d'habitudes, ou modifier une habitude dans son ensemble :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">interrompre imm\u00e9diatement l'habitude, lorsqu'il vous vient \u00e0 l'esprit l'id\u00e9e que vous devriez proc\u00e9der autrement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supposons que vous souhaitiez arr\u00eater de fumer et que vous allumiez une cigarette par \u00e9tourderie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque l'id\u00e9e vous traverse l'esprit que vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'arr\u00eater de fumer, \u00e9teignez imm\u00e9diatement cette cigarette. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le temps, l'habitude sera de plus en plus avanc\u00e9e - jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'action ne d\u00e9marre plus du tout, car vous vous en souviendrez en temps r\u00e9el, avant de commencer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonus : comment apprendre \u00e0 se connecter \u00e0 son syst\u00e8me bancaire en ligne ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme je me connecte \u00e0 mon compte bancaire plusieurs fois par jour, je me suis dit qu'il valait mieux ne pas utiliser le gestionnaire de mots de passe, mais saisir le num\u00e9ro de compte et le mot de passe de m\u00e9moire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici comment j'ai proc\u00e9d\u00e9, en un nombre \u00e9tonnamment r\u00e9duit de mouvements :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>entrez le num\u00e9ro de la mani\u00e8re dont vous vous en souvenez (vous vous tromperez probablement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e9rifier et corriger manuellement le num\u00e9ro (ne pas faire de copier-coller)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9p\u00e9ter jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le nombre soit correct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>puis faire de m\u00eame avec le mot de passe <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous avez appris \u00e0 taper les d\u00e9tails du compte \u00e0 partir de votre m\u00e9moire - ils couleront de source.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sp\u00e9culation : comment recycler les processus de pens\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je suppose que les processus de pens\u00e9e sont essentiellement des habitudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, j'ai ce blocage mental sur l'hypercomp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises, que j'ai h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de Peter Thiel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Je ne lui en veux pas particuli\u00e8rement, mais j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 voir la concurrence partout ... et je suis inquiet pour les marges). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cons\u00e9quent, si je veux r\u00e9orienter cette pens\u00e9e ou l'\u00e9quilibrer, je dois la remarquer lorsqu'elle appara\u00eet et la remplacer par une perception plus exacte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En faisant cela assez souvent, on recr\u00e9e l'habitude.
