(Avec l'excellent M. Ng). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'y ai appris que les r\u00e9seaux neuronaux artificiels peuvent \u00eatre con\u00e7us pour repr\u00e9senter n'importe quelle fonction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, nous, les humains, pouvons apprendre n'importe quelle strat\u00e9gie - <strong>et oui, cela inclut les strat\u00e9gies d'(auto-)perception dysfonctionnelles. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela a tellement de sens ! Les gens r\u00e9agissent tr\u00e8s mal \u00e0 une communication normale -&gt; ils ont appris \u00e0 percevoir les choses avec un fort biais n\u00e9gatif, et amplifient les ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s en perceptions tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont des m\u00e9ta-algorithmes, donc pas n\u00e9cessairement des croyances sur les \"femmes\" ou les rencontres, etc. - mais \u00e0 un niveau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce sont des filtres cognitifs - \u00e9galement construits \u00e0 partir de l'exp\u00e9rience et de la mod\u00e9lisation par les parents, les pairs, les amants, ... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essentiellement, nous avons appris quelque chose qui d\u00e9forme la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d'une mani\u00e8re douloureuse pour nous. Qui est d\u00e9connect\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ... o\u00f9, encore une fois. <strong>en r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/strong>nous avons le choix de la fa\u00e7on dont nous percevons cela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seulement, avec nos cerveaux programm\u00e9s, nous ne le faisons pas - nous faisons les choix automatiquement, et interpr\u00e9tons les donn\u00e9es sensorielles + la conscience de la situation + les souvenirs du pass\u00e9 pour signifier des choses n\u00e9gatives sur nous, sur les autres personnes, sur le monde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons le sentiment d'\u00eatre en danger, \u00e9ventuellement - ou que notre autorit\u00e9 est remise en question. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am currently doing the &#8220;Perfectionism Trauma&#8221; course with the wonderful Thais Gibson.
