E persone diverse hanno imparato i propri meccanismi di coping individuali. Che si manifestano come evitamento o iperattivazione. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutti questi meccanismi di coping servono a minimizzare l'ansia, che viene percepita come minacciosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forse l'ansia \u00e8 la mappatura del corpo alle minacce che percepisce come potenzialmente letali. \u00c8 la sua rappresentazione dei rischi inerenti alla vita, rischi che devono essere affrontati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un evitante sprezzante potrebbe ritirarsi, non rispondere ai messaggi ... non impegnarsi con voi ad un livello pi\u00f9 profondo. Ho chiesto a un suo amico cosa fosse successo. \"Ha avuto un incidente - si \u00e8 tagliato ed \u00e8 dovuto andare in ospedale per tre giorni\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo, amici miei, \u00e8 quanto \u00e8 forte l'ansia - pu\u00f2 portare le persone a tagliarsi duramente, cos\u00ec duramente da essere ricoverate in ospedale -. <strong>per non sentire il dolore dell'ansia<\/strong>. Permetteranno a se stessi di essere danneggiati in un altro modo. \u00c8 istintivo, e molto forte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prossima volta che un evitante si ritira, tenetelo a mente e siate gentili con lui. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Narcisisti, persone che controllano e ansia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Credo che allo stesso modo per i narcisisti e altre persone che controllano, l'ansia sia un fattore chiave dietro i loro comportamenti (negativi). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non \u00e8 personale, tutt'altro. \u00c8 il risultato di un'incapacit\u00e0 di gestire le proprie emozioni in modo produttivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo modo, quando sentono una perdita di controllo (che crea ansia), combatteranno l'ansia umiliando altre persone \/ sarcasmo \/ altri comportamenti. Questo serve a \"ripristinare il controllo\" (o meglio, la sensazione di controllo).
