Questo mi protegger\u00e0 da relazioni disfunzionali in futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: tutti e cinque i passi sono filtri individuali - se uno qualsiasi di essi \"fallisce\" (per esempio se non mi sento sicuro con la persona, ma tutto il resto \u00e8 OK), uscir\u00f2 dalla relazione andando avanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Five-Steps-to-avoid-dysfunctional-relationships.pdf\">lista di controllo: cinque passi per evitare relazioni disfunzionali (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(\"John waite \/ Alison Krauss - Missing you\") <\/em>- scritto su <strong>2.2.22<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">0 Attrazione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sento davvero un <strong>attrazione<\/strong> alla persona, al progetto, voglio passare la mia energia vitale con loro? Vedo un futuro con loro? (Affari, relazioni, amicizie) Come mi fa sentire questa persona regolarmente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non iniziare mai relazioni per piet\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un ambiente sicuro e confortevole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi sento sicuro e a mio agio con quella persona? Se non \u00e8 cos\u00ec allora quella relazione non fa per me, esci immediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B Investimento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche l'altra persona si sta impegnando nella relazione, a modo suo? Mi contattano, vogliono passare del tempo con me, mi danno dei suggerimenti? Continuano ad investire, nell'ambito delle loro capacit\u00e0 e della loro situazione di vita? Stanno comunicando una situazione di vita che potrebbe trattenerli?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'altra persona sta anche inviando segnali appropriati per il tipo di relazione a cui sono interessato? Ad esempio, stanno cercando una storia d'amore o di amicizia? Affari o un amico?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se l'investimento non \u00e8 in qualche modo equilibrato, e reciprocamente gratificante (ad esempio, salire la scala dell'investimento reciproco insieme), allora ritiratevi e lasciate appassire la relazione.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non inseguire mai le relazioni. Ci saranno altre opportunit\u00e0, e la mia energia vitale sar\u00e0 meglio investita in me stesso se non \u00e8 corrisposta reciprocamente dall'altra persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C Comunicazione e cooperazione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona \u00e8 un buon comunicatore, anche in situazioni di stress? Cercher\u00e0 di affrontare le questioni che sollevo, e di cooperare per risolvere i problemi, trovare compromessi?  O sono rigidi e vogliono che le cose siano \"solo a modo loro\"?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se c'\u00e8 troppa rigidit\u00e0, uscite dalla relazione. La flessibilit\u00e0 da entrambe le parti \u00e8 necessaria per farla funzionare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoltre: Se una donna comunica di non volere una relazione, esco dalla relazione (fantasia) e mi allontano completamente da questa persona immediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D Documentazione di schemi terribili: credere ai dati<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sento un modello di ansia quando interagisco con questa persona? Documenta l'ansia, le situazioni, la persona e la frequenza con cui accade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 qualcosa che pu\u00f2 essere risolto da parte mia? O \u00e8 un problema sistematico, forse dovuto a qualche modello nel partner? Pu\u00f2 essere risolto con il partner, o sono rigidi al riguardo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Credi al <strong>d<\/strong>ata.
