A un evento di networking a Londra ho incontrato un gruppo di persone e siamo andati insieme al bar \"The Alchemist\". Naturalmente, sono stati coinvolti alcuni drink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno dei ragazzi - chiamiamolo Harry - si \u00e8 messo a chiacchierare con due donne a un tavolo vicino, e presto io e altri due signori lo abbiamo seguito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry e una delle donne erano impegnati in un dialogo. Ho iniziato ad ascoltare e presto il dialogo si \u00e8 trasformato in Harry che diceva cose come: \"Quello che dici non ha importanza per me, io sono tranquillo\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da quello che ho capito, Harry ha pensato che lei lo stesse accusando di mentire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La donna stessa diceva cose come: \"Ti stai mettendo una maschera\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cominciarono a girare in tondo, ripetendo le affermazioni dell'altro, cercando in qualche modo di dimostrare i propri punti di vista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dopo una decina di minuti, la donna ha chiesto al suo accompagnatore di andarsene e sono passati a un altro tavolo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry si rivolse a me e continu\u00f2 a spiegare che amava le donne e che le stava dicendo la verit\u00e0, che era una delle persone pi\u00f9 oneste, ecc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gli ho detto di lasciar perdere e che ovviamente io so e lui sa che sta dicendo la verit\u00e0. Ma che alcune persone percepiscono le cose in modo diverso e che \u00e8 uno spreco di energia cercare di dimostrare loro il contrario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'ho osservato un paio di volte, quando due persone sono bloccate in una discussione: spesso si tratta di certi schemi e punti di dolore che vengono innescati, e le persone cercano di evitare il dolore che hanno vissuto in passato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualche tempo fa, ho scritto il post sul blog \"Come si fa a non farsi innescare?<\/a>\". Immaginate come sarebbe potuta essere diversa la conversazione se quella donna e Harry avessero carenti <\/strong>i singoli fattori scatenanti - forse avrebbero potuto ridere dell'equivoco e avrebbero potuto farsi dei nuovi amici quella sera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ogni percezione \u00e8 una scommessa. E si basa molto sul nostro passato. Lasciare andare il dolore implica lasciare andare un passato doloroso immaginando un presente e un futuro pi\u00f9 equilibrati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come liberarsi di questi fattori scatenanti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Uno strumento meraviglioso per liberarsi di questi fattori scatenanti \u00e8 la strumento di elaborazione emotiva (di Thais Gibson)<\/a>. Se usato con coerenza, vi aiuter\u00e0 a capire che gli esseri umani percepiscono le informazioni in modo particolare. Non avete bisogno che gli altri esseri umani siano in un certo modo per essere felici. Non dovete dimostrare la vostra innocenza: ricordate che queste persone non sono i vostri genitori e non hanno su di voi lo stesso potere che avevano i vostri genitori. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
