{"id":462,"date":"2024-03-10T16:41:49","date_gmt":"2024-03-10T16:41:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/?p=462"},"modified":"2024-03-10T16:49:40","modified_gmt":"2024-03-10T16:49:40","slug":"ruoli-aspettative-e-lasciarsi-andare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/it\/ruoli-aspettative-e-lasciarsi-andare\/","title":{"rendered":"Aspettative, ruoli e lasciarsi andare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oggi stavo riflettendo sulle prestazioni di un dipendente della mia azienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">disallineamento delle aspettative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi sono resa conto che una parte fondamentale dell'attrito che provo con lui \u00e8 rappresentata dalle mie aspettative nei suoi confronti e dalla mancata corrispondenza tra ci\u00f2 che accade e queste aspettative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con alcuni altri dipendenti, ad esempio lo sviluppatore che sta costruendo <a href=\"https:\/\/businessbreeze.de\/app\/\">businessbreeze.de<\/a> Per me non c'\u00e8 alcuno squilibrio di aspettative. Sono soddisfatta, per certi versi le mie aspettative sono addirittura superate da lei!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">aspettativa di ruoli<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Come manager, come amico, come partner romantico abbiamo delle aspettative nei confronti delle altre persone che interpretano le nostre controparti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queste aspettative sono umane, naturali e utili. Dopo tutto, come manager, dovete fornire determinati risultati all'azienda. Vi aspettate che i membri del vostro team forniscano i risultati di cui avete bisogno per raggiungere gli obiettivi dell'azienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come partner romantico, abbiamo anche delle aspettative, ad esempio che il nostro partner abbia la priorit\u00e0 su di noi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ritengo che sia molto utile avere queste <strong>aspettative<\/strong> di alcuni <strong>ruoli <\/strong>persone nella vostra vita. Perch\u00e9 il <strong>ruoli <\/strong>richiedono che queste aspettative siano soddisfatte - ad esempio, un partner romantico dovrebbe essere fedele (entro i limiti dell'esclusivit\u00e0 concordata).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allo stesso tempo, \u00e8 importante rendersi conto che si tratta di ruoli - e<strong> che le persone non sono sempre adatte al ruolo.<\/strong> Oppure, all'inizio potrebbero essere adatti, ma quando il ruolo cambia o loro stessi cambiano, potrebbero \"perdere l'adattamento\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lasciare andare le aspettative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quindi credo che la risposta sia una volta sola <strong>le aspettative sono state frustrate<\/strong>Se la comunicazione \u00e8 stata tentata e non si \u00e8 rivelata fruttuosa, \u00e8 necessario abbandonare le aspettative nei confronti di una certa persona o di un certo progetto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Nota: lasciare andare <strong>aspettative <\/strong>per un <strong>una certa persona<\/strong>. Per non rinunciare alle aspettative di un ruolo! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In altre parole, se il vostro partner vi tradisce - e succede ripetutamente dopo la comunicazione - \u00e8 molto utile lasciare andare l'aspettativa\/idea che questa particolare persona non vi tradisca. Questo va di pari passo con l'abbandono del ruolo di \"partner romantico\" da parte della persona, ovviamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In pratica: cercate persone che si adattino \"naturalmente\" ai ruoli che voi \"avete bisogno che si adattino\". Invece di continuare a essere frustrati da aspettative non corrispondenti... e di continuare ad aggrapparsi all'idea che una certa persona debba ricoprire un ruolo specifico nella vostra vita. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo vi permette di aggiornare il modello del mondo che avete in testa, trasformandolo in un modello realistico: avete aspettative realistiche nei confronti di persone che mantengono le aspettative. E di lasciare andare le persone nella vostra vita che non soddisfano le aspettative per il ruolo che volete che svolgano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>... o selezionando un ruolo diverso per loro!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">aspettative in un contesto di incontri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Medell\u00edn ho conosciuto una donna bellissima. Volevo passare del tempo con lei per conoscerla meglio e mi \u00e8 stata data questa opportunit\u00e0. L'ho portata fuori per un appuntamento a Cartagena, \u00e8 stata una serata davvero piacevole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo l'appuntamento, siamo andati a fare una passeggiata - ma una volta tornati al suo ostello, mi ha salutato molto velocemente: \"Grazie di tutto e buona vita\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mia aspettativa in un contesto di appuntamenti (per lei come ruolo di \"donna con cui continuo a uscire\") era che avremmo passato un po' di tempo a parlare prima che la serata finisse, e forse anche a baciarci. Inoltre, che lei volesse rimanere in contatto e discutere del nostro prossimo appuntamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il mondo mi invita a riconsiderare le mie aspettative su questa donna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per il ruolo di \"interesse romantico femminile\", le mie aspettative - interesse prolungato, risposte rapide da parte della donna in questione - sono adeguate e calzanti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo l'appuntamento abbiamo continuato a tenerci in contatto - tuttavia, ritengo che le sue risposte richiedano molto tempo, frustrando ancora una volta le mie aspettative su di lei come \"interesse romantico\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come passo successivo, quando le aspettative sono frustrate, \u00e8 importante comunicare, per vedere se c'\u00e8 un malinteso.
