fino a quando l'azione non inizier\u00e0 affatto, poich\u00e9 si ricorder\u00e0 in tempo reale, prima di iniziare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonus: come imparare ad accedere al sistema bancario online?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poich\u00e9 accedo al mio conto bancario pi\u00f9 volte al giorno, ho pensato che fosse meglio non usare il gestore di password, ma inserire il numero di conto e la password a memoria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ecco il modo in cui l'ho fatto, ancora una volta con un numero sorprendente di mosse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inserire il numero nel modo in cui lo si ricorda (molto probabilmente sar\u00e0 sbagliato)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>controllare e correggere manualmente il numero (non fare copia incolla)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ripetere, finch\u00e9 non si inizia a ottenere il numero giusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poi fare lo stesso con la password <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avete imparato a digitare i dati del conto a memoria - scorreranno semplicemente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Speculazione: come riqualificare i processi di pensiero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credo che i processi di pensiero siano fondamentalmente delle abitudini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per esempio, ho questo blocco mentale sul fatto che gli affari siano ipercompetitivi, che ho imparato da Peter Thiel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Non lo biasimo in particolare, ma ho iniziato a vedere la concorrenza ovunque... e sono preoccupato per i margini). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pertanto, se voglio riqualificare quel pensiero, o riequilibrarlo, devo accorgermi quando si presenta e sostituirlo con una percezione pi\u00f9 accurata della realt\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se lo si fa abbastanza spesso, l'abitudine si ricrea.
