Je weet dat je bepaalde dingen van mensen nodig hebt. Bijvoorbeeld dat ze je grenzen respecteren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoe zit het met niet bang zijn om die grenzen te stellen, en ze te communiceren? Veel mensen zullen je verrassen door ze daadwerkelijk te respecteren. En anderen zullen je laten zien dat ze dat niet doen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel ik het woord \"weggooien\" niet op dezelfde manier zou gebruiken bij mensen (het doet alleen maar denken aan narcisten) - zul je inzien dat deze mensen niet verenigbaar zijn met wat jij nodig hebt. En in feite zal je door je van hen terug te trekken ruimte maken voor mensen die \"vaatwasser-veilig\" zijn. Die wel in je leven passen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hetzelfde geldt voor hobby's, enz. - wat werkt voor jou?
