Dit zal me beschermen tegen disfunctionele relaties in de toekomst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opmerking: alle vijf stappen zijn individuele filters - als een van hen \"faalt\" (bv. als ik me niet veilig voel bij de persoon, maar al het andere is OK), zal ik de relatie be\u00ebindigen en verder gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Five-Steps-to-avoid-dysfunctional-relationships.pdf\">checklist: vijf stappen om disfunctionele relaties te vermijden (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(\"John waite \/ Alison Krauss - Missing you\") <\/em>- geschreven op <strong>2.2.22<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">0 Aantrekkelijkheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voel ik eigenlijk wel een <strong>attractie<\/strong> aan de persoon, aan het project, wil ik mijn levensenergie met hen doorbrengen? Zie ik een toekomst met hem\/haar? (Zaken, Relaties, Vriendschappen) Hoe laat deze persoon mij regelmatig voelen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Begin nooit relaties uit medelijden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een veilig en comfortabel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voel ik me veilig en op mijn gemak bij die persoon? Als dat niet zo is, dan is die relatie niets voor mij, vertrek onmiddellijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B Investering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Doet de andere persoon ook moeite voor de relatie, op zijn eigen manier? Reiken ze me de hand, willen ze tijd met me doorbrengen, doen ze suggesties? Blijven ze investeren, binnen hun mogelijkheden en levenssituatie? Communiceren ze over een levenssituatie die hen zou kunnen tegenhouden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geeft de andere persoon ook de juiste signalen af voor het soort relatie waarin ik ge\u00efnteresseerd ben? Bijv. zijn ze op zoek naar romantiek, of vriendschap? Zakelijk of een maatje?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als de investering niet enigszins in evenwicht is, en wederzijds lonend (bv. samen de ladder van wederzijdse investeringen beklimmen), trek je dan terug en laat de relatie verdorren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaag nooit relaties na. Er komen meer kansen, en mijn levensenergie kan beter in mezelf worden ge\u00efnvesteerd als die niet wederzijds door de ander wordt ge\u00ebvenaard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C Communicatie en samenwerking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Is de persoon een goede communicator, ook in stressvolle situaties? Zullen ze proberen in te gaan op kwesties die ik aan de orde stel, en samenwerken om de problemen op te lossen, compromissen te vinden?  Of zijn ze star, en willen ze dat alles \"alleen op hun manier\" gaat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als er te veel rigiditeit is, verlaat dan de relatie. Flexibiliteit aan beide kanten is nodig om het te laten werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bovendien: Als een vrouw communiceert dat ze geen relatie wil, verlaat ik de relatie (fantasie) en neem ik onmiddellijk volledig afstand van deze persoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D Documentatie van Vreselijke Patronen: geloof de Gegevens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voel ik een patroon van angst wanneer ik met deze persoon omga? Documenteer de angst, de situaties, de persoon en de frequentie waarmee het gebeurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is het iets dat aan mijn kant kan worden opgelost? Of is dit een systematisch probleem, misschien te wijten aan een patroon in de partner? Kan dit met de partner worden opgelost, of zijn ze er star in?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geloof de <strong>d<\/strong>ata.
