{"id":469,"date":"2024-04-07T09:51:16","date_gmt":"2024-04-07T09:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/?p=469"},"modified":"2024-04-07T09:51:17","modified_gmt":"2024-04-07T09:51:17","slug":"het-gevaar-van-het-betalen-van-salarissen-op-basis-van-je-eigen-emotionele-toestand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/nl\/het-gevaar-van-het-betalen-van-salarissen-op-basis-van-je-eigen-emotionele-toestand\/","title":{"rendered":"Het gevaar van salarissen betalen op basis van je eigen emotionele toestand"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Mijn emoties tonen aan dat \"X niet meer loon verdient\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>ik eerder vandaag<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het verzoek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een paar weken geleden benaderde een collega me over een salarisverhoging. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze is een belangrijke collega voor me, iemand die veel verantwoordelijkheden heeft in mijn bedrijf. Iemand die er echt toe doet, haar vertrek zou mijn werking aanzienlijk kunnen verstoren - en me ook terugzetten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze wil niet weg, maar ze wil wel een passende vergoeding, in overeenstemming met haar verantwoordelijkheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze benaderde me met de woorden dat ze had gehoord over een andere functie, die net iets minder betaalt, maar aanzienlijk minder verantwoordelijkheid heeft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik reageerde met: \"OK - je moet weten wat je wilt. Als je minder verantwoordelijkheid en stress wilt, neem dan deze positie aan. Laat me maar weten wanneer je weg wilt.\" Ze zei dat ze niet weg wilde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uiteindelijk raakte ze ge\u00efrriteerd door het gesprek en mij en stormde ze weg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik dan <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/nl\/het-hulpmiddel-voor-emotionele-verwerking-gebaseerd-op-de-leer-van-thais-gibsons\/\">mijn emoties verwerkt<\/a>, verontschuldigde zich bij haar, had nog een gesprek en besprak een mogelijke salarisverhoging met haar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later merkte ik echter dat ik de salarisverhoging haar kwalijk nam - en met pijn reageerde toen ik aan deze aanstaande salarisverhoging werd herinnerd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vandaag kwam er weer zo'n wrokreactie (toen ik eraan werd herinnerd dat ik betaal voor een maandelijkse tankbon voor haar en een andere collega). Natuurlijk ging ik naar de emotionele verwerkingstool, en uiteindelijk schreef ik, als een van de overtuigingen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mijn emoties tonen aan dat \"X niet meer loon verdient\".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het kwam erop neer dat ik mijn wrok duidelijk maakte als zou ze meer salaris vragen dan gepast is. En ik gebruikte mijn sterke emotionele reactie als een <strong>verantwoording<\/strong> voor het weerstaan van de salarisverhoging. Misschien herken je dit patroon ook - het gebruik van emoties als graadmeter ... in feite terugbrengen tot een formule: <strong>als ik pijn heb, is er iets mis met de buitenwereld<\/strong>. Of de collega meer (te veel?) geld vraagt, of iemand niet goed presteert in de functie ... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het gevaar van het gebruiken van (onverwerkte) emoties om beslissingen te nemen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoals Thais Gibson leert, worden emoties veroorzaakt door: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>onvervulde behoeften<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pijnlijke verhalen die we onszelf vertellen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaak ZIJN emoties veroorzaakt door pijnlijke verhalen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vandaag was ik in staat om de mogelijke reden van deze sterke emotionele reactie op de situatie te ontdekken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het zit in mijn verleden!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor deze collega had ik in een andere stad een andere zeer capabele en gedreven collega - zij was ook mijn \"rechterhand\". Deze vrouw had aangedrongen op meer salaris, wat ik had gehonoreerd. Maar dit weerhield haar er niet van om te vertrekken - uiteindelijk vertrok ze om bij haar vriend in zijn bedrijf te gaan werken. Ze zei dat ze geen groeipotentieel zag in mijn bedrijf - wat op dat moment waar was, ik was toen niet in staat om het bedrijf snel genoeg te laten groeien om ambitieuze mensen zoals zij groeipotentieel te bieden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A is niet A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mensen leren heel snel - we moeten wel. Als ik een woord schrijf, zoals \"woord\", betekent het meestal hetzelfde. A is A in onze hersenen - heel erg zelfs. Maar geloven dat situatie X hetzelfde is als situatie Y, dat een mens erg op een ander mens lijkt en op precies dezelfde manier zal handelen, is gevaarlijk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als we voorbijgaan aan zeer belangrijke details, zoals de feitelijke werktevredenheid van de twee vrouwen, kunnen we uiteindelijk handelen op een manier die niet gunstig is en irrationeel reageren. Natuurlijk reageren we gewoon op onze eigen verhalen\/overtuigingen die we in het verleden hebben opgepikt.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maar ... hoe verzin je die dingen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Er is een krachtige <strong>aanvullende techniek <\/strong>die je samen met het hulpmiddel voor emotionele verwerking kunt gebruiken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik raad aan om het te gebruiken als je je emoties verwerkt, maar vindt dat hetzelfde onderwerp, <strong>dezelfde pijn komt steeds weer terug. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze pijn die weer opkomt is <strong>niet <\/strong>noodzakelijkerwijs bewijs, dat jouw aannames, \"jouw verhaal\" correct zijn. Er is een dieper niveau waar je naartoe kunt gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De techniek is: Schrijf het verhaal op. Vraag dan \"Waarom is dat slecht?\", of \"Wat laat ik dit over mezelf betekenen?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schrijf het antwoord hierop op en ga dan een niveau verder (zoals in Inception) - vraag opnieuw: \"Waarom is dat slecht?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dit specifieke scenario ging ik als volgt te werk (ingekort): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Betekenis: <\/strong>Mijn emoties tonen aan dat \"X niet meer loon verdient\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Waarom is dat slecht?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haar salaris stijgt, maar de productie niet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Waarom is dat slecht?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Omdat ik een deel van de inkomsten van het bedrijf weggeef zonder er iets voor terug te krijgen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Omdat ik haar niet tevreden kan stellen en ze ook zal vertrekken, net als mijn andere werknemer M., voorheen<\/strong>. Salarisverhogingen lossen het ontevredenheidsprobleem niet op.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Waarom is dat slecht?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Omdat ik een goede werknemer zal verliezen en weer veel stress zal hebben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En ik begreep eindelijk waarom deze emotionele reactie steeds weer naar boven kwam in verband met deze specifieke werknemer! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zelfvernietigend gedrag<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze hele situatie laat ook zien hoe <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/nl\/een-belangrijke-video-over-zelfvernietigend-gedrag\/\">zelfvernietigend gedrag<\/a> werken: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om <strong>verminderen <\/strong>op stress anticipeer, gedraag ik me (paradoxaal genoeg!) op een manier die meer kans maakt op <strong>verhogen <\/strong>de stress! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat ik (onbewust) in deze situatie echt wil, is deze specifieke collega niet verliezen, omdat ze goed werk levert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omdat mij \"geleerd\" is dat salarisverhoging het probleem van verlies door een andere werknemer in het verleden niet oplost, verzet ik me tegen de salarisverhoging - waarmee ik haar duidelijk maak dat ik hebzuchtig ben en haar niet op de juiste manier wil compenseren.  Wat natuurlijk <strong>verhoogt <\/strong>het risico dat ze mijn bedrijf zal willen verlaten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interessant genoeg was dit heel specifiek voor haar - ik had niet dezelfde niveaus van wrok \/ emotionele uitdagingen met betrekking tot de salarisverhoging met andere werknemers. <strong>Deze andere werknemers zijn mannen en hebben ook niet dezelfde sleutelpositie als zij. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TL;DR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je merkt dat je met heftige emoties op iets reageert en basisverwerking helpt niet, dan is het heel waardevol om de oorzaak hiervan te onderzoeken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De wortel ligt in ervaringen uit het verleden, waardoor je bepaalde dingen hebt geleerd, bepaalde overtuigingen hebt geabsorbeerd. Bepaalde overtuigingen die verkeerd kunnen zijn, onnauwkeurig - want de wereld is lawaaierig, onvoorspelbaar en \"slechte dingen overkomen goede mensen\". Laat deze slechte dingen uit het verleden niet leiden tot meer slechte dingen in de toekomst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coachingdiensten voor C-level executives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een bedrijf leiden is een uitdagende en stressvolle taak. Als je goed met je eigen emoties omgaat, hun boodschap begrijpt en weet wat je eraan kunt doen, kun je deze taak soepeler laten verlopen.
