Jag har aldrig gillat ben\u00e4mningen \"giftiga m\u00e4nniskor\". Det verkar or\u00e4ttvist mot dessa m\u00e4nniskor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sedan kommer diskussionen: \"\u00c4r den h\u00e4r personen verkligen giftig eller inte?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag tror att diskussionen m\u00e5ste flyttas och att definitionen m\u00e5ste bli v\u00e5r egen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som olika m\u00e4nniskor tolererar olika niv\u00e5er av gift, och vissa m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r allergiska mot helt \"normala\" livsmedel som andra konsumerar och till och med tycker om.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag tror att vi m\u00e5ste definiera \"giftiga m\u00e4nniskor\" som \"m\u00e4nniskor som konsekvent hindrar oss fr\u00e5n att tillgodose v\u00e5ra egna legitima behov\".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Om du till exempel \u00e4r mycket k\u00e4nslig f\u00f6r kritik och din partner anv\u00e4nder mycket sarkasm och personliga angrepp \u00e4r han eller hon giftig f\u00f6r dig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De kan dock vara giftfria f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga andra m\u00e4nniskor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vissa m\u00e4nniskor kanske till och med tycker att sarkasmen \u00e4r rolig! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I slut\u00e4ndan \u00e4r det enda viktiga att vi omger oss med m\u00e4nniskor vars s\u00e4llskap vi verkligen trivs med och som respekterar v\u00e5ra behov och gr\u00e4nser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6r att vi respekterar dem i geng\u00e4ld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Och en sista tanke: vi kan vara giftiga f\u00f6r andra m\u00e4nniskor i geng\u00e4ld. Ibland \u00e4r detta oundvikligt - t.ex. om intimitet \u00e4r giftigt f\u00f6r den andra personen och vi naturligtvis vill ha intimitet i ett romantiskt f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande. (OBS: intimiteten \u00e4r giftig f\u00f6r den andra personen eftersom de har haft erfarenheter i sitt f\u00f6rflutna d\u00e4r intimitet f\u00f6rknippades med giftighet, t.ex. \u00f6verdrivet kontrollerande partners och p\u00e5 annat s\u00e4tt missbrukande partners ... )<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
