Och olika m\u00e4nniskor har l\u00e4rt sig sina egna individuella mekanismer f\u00f6r att hantera detta. Som yttrar sig i form av undvikande eller hyperaktivering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla dessa copingmekanismer tj\u00e4nar till att minimera \u00e5ngest, som uppfattas som hotfull. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt att \u00e5ngest \u00e4r kroppens s\u00e4tt att reagera p\u00e5 hot som den uppfattar som potentiellt d\u00f6dliga. Det \u00e4r dess representation av de inneboende riskerna i livet, risker som m\u00e5ste hanteras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En avvisande undvikare kan dra sig undan, inte svara p\u00e5 meddelanden ... inte engagera sig i dig p\u00e5 en djupare niv\u00e5. F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra detta skulle ge upphov till mycket \u00e5ngest - som de inte har n\u00e5gra andra copingmekanismer f\u00f6r att hantera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r den avvisande undvikaren drar sig tillbaka k\u00e4nner den \u00e4ngsligt bundna partnern (om det finns en s\u00e5dan partner i bilden) i geng\u00e4ld att \u00e5ngest uppst\u00e5r inom sig. Jag fr\u00e5gade en v\u00e4n till honom vad som hade h\u00e4nt. \"Han hade r\u00e5kat ut f\u00f6r en olycka - han hade skurit sig och var tvungen att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 sjukhus i tre dagar.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det, mina v\u00e4nner, \u00e4r s\u00e5 stark \u00e5ngest \u00e4r - den kan f\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor att sk\u00e4ra sig sj\u00e4lva h\u00e5rt, s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt att de blir inlagda p\u00e5 sjukhus - <strong>f\u00f6r att slippa k\u00e4nna \u00e5ngestens sm\u00e4rta<\/strong>. De kommer att l\u00e5ta sig skadas p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt. Det \u00e4r instinktivt och mycket starkt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng en avvisande undvikare drar sig undan, t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 detta och var sn\u00e4ll mot honom eller henne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Narcissister, kontrollerande personer och \u00e5ngest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag tror att f\u00f6r narcissister och andra kontrollerande personer \u00e4r \u00e5ngest en viktig drivkraft bakom deras (negativa) beteenden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte personligt - l\u00e5ngt d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n.
