Ser jag en framtid med dem? (Aff\u00e4rer, relationer, v\u00e4nskap) Hur f\u00e5r den h\u00e4r personen mig att k\u00e4nna mig regelbundet?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6rja aldrig relationer av medlidande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e4ker och bekv\u00e4m<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e4nner jag mig trygg och bekv\u00e4m med den personen? Om jag inte k\u00e4nner mig trygg med den personen \u00e4r det inte n\u00e5got f\u00f6r mig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B Investering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstr\u00e4nger sig den andra personen ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 sitt eget s\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till st\u00e5nd en relation? Tar de kontakt med mig, vill de tillbringa tid med mig, g\u00f6r de f\u00f6rslag? Forts\u00e4tter de att investera, inom ramen f\u00f6r sina m\u00f6jligheter och sin livssituation? Kommunicerar de om en livssituation som kanske h\u00e5ller dem tillbaka?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4nder den andra personen ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4mpliga signaler f\u00f6r den typ av relation som jag \u00e4r intresserad av? \u00c4r de t.ex. ute efter romantik eller v\u00e4nskap? Aff\u00e4rer eller en kompis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om investeringen inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gorlunda balanserad och \u00f6msesidigt givande (t.ex. genom att tillsammans ta ett steg upp\u00e5t p\u00e5 stegen f\u00f6r \u00f6msesidiga investeringar), ska du dra dig tillbaka och l\u00e5ta relationen f\u00f6rfalla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Str\u00e4va aldrig efter relationer. Fler m\u00f6jligheter kommer att uppst\u00e5, och min livsenergi kommer att investeras b\u00e4ttre i mig sj\u00e4lv om den inte motsvaras av den andra personen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C Kommunikation och samarbete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4r personen en bra kommunikat\u00f6r, \u00e4ven i stressiga situationer? F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker han eller hon ta itu med de fr\u00e5gor som jag tar upp och samarbetar f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa problemen och hitta kompromisser?  Eller \u00e4r de stelbenta och vill att saker och ting ska vara p\u00e5 \"deras s\u00e4tt\"?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om det finns f\u00f6r mycket stelbenthet b\u00f6r du l\u00e4mna f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet. Det kr\u00e4vs flexibilitet p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 det att fungera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom: Om en kvinna meddelar att hon inte vill ha ett f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande, s\u00e5 avslutar jag f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet (fantasi) och tar avst\u00e5nd fr\u00e5n den h\u00e4r personen helt och h\u00e5llet omedelbart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D Dokumentation av \"Dreadful Patterns\": tro p\u00e5 uppgifterna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e4nner jag ett m\u00f6nster av \u00e5ngest n\u00e4r jag umg\u00e5s med den h\u00e4r personen? Dokumentera \u00e5ngesten, situationerna, personen och hur ofta den uppst\u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4r det n\u00e5got som kan l\u00f6sas p\u00e5 min sida? Eller \u00e4r det ett systematiskt problem som kanske beror p\u00e5 n\u00e5got m\u00f6nster hos partnern? Kan detta l\u00f6sas tillsammans med partnern, eller \u00e4r de rigida i fr\u00e5gan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tro p\u00e5 <strong>d<\/strong>ata.
