Utl\u00f6saren \u00e4r inte en del av denna akronym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r kedjan v\u00e4l \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng kommer den ofta att l\u00f6pa p\u00e5 ett f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbart s\u00e4tt och slutligen leda till att du vidtar de \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som \u00e4r f\u00f6rknippade med den! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Detta \u00e4r ofta det \u00f6nskade beteendet. <\/strong>- L\u00e5t oss s\u00e4ga en giftig orm - du tror (med r\u00e4tta) att den \u00e4r farlig f\u00f6r din h\u00e4lsa. Du kanske f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker angripa ormen f\u00f6r att d\u00f6da den f\u00f6rst, du kanske f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker springa iv\u00e4g eller du kanske fryser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven om det \u00e4r l\u00e4mpligt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller ormar och andra farliga djur, \u00e4r det l\u00e4mpligt att agera utifr\u00e5n f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrade f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningar. <strong>kan ofta h\u00e5lla oss tillbaka i livet<\/strong>. Se hur kedjan byggs upp i mitt n\u00e4sta exempel, offentligt talande: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exempel p\u00e5 trosuppfattning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Till exempel, i en situation d\u00e4r du ska h\u00e5lla ett f\u00f6redrag, d\u00e4r du m\u00e5ste h\u00e5lla ett f\u00f6redrag. <strong>(utl\u00f6sare)<\/strong>, den <strong>tro <\/strong>att det \u00e4r skr\u00e4mmande att tala inf\u00f6r en massa m\u00e4nniskor kommer i sin tur att skapa <strong>tankar <\/strong>som \u00e4r i linje med denna \u00f6vertygelse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observera: dessa uppfattningar drivs i sin tur av andra uppfattningar, och s\u00e5 vidare - i botten av detta finns vanligtvis s\u00e5 kallade \"<a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/sv\/identifiera-dina-grundlaggande-sar\/\"><strong>s\u00e5r i hj\u00e4rtat.<\/strong><\/a>\". (Detta \u00e4r bara ett fint namn f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra vanliga och mycket utbredda negativa uppfattningar som Thais Gibson i sitt arbete fann ligga bakom de flesta andra uppfattningar som m\u00e4nniskor hade). I v\u00e5rt exempel kan k\u00e4rnan vara \"<strong>Jag kommer att bli avvisad<\/strong>\" (av publiken).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash.jpg 640w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/priscilla-du-preez-Q7wGvnbuwj0-unsplash-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Foto av <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/@priscilladupreez?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\">Priscilla Du Preez<\/a> p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/photos\/Q7wGvnbuwj0?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\">Unsplash<\/a><\/em>: <strong>Situationen med offentliga anf\u00f6randen<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exempel p\u00e5 tankar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tankar kommer att dyka upp som: \"Minns du n\u00e4r du talade och din b\u00e4sta v\u00e4n sa att det inte \u00e4r din starka sida?\" \"Jag kommer f\u00f6rmodligen att g\u00f6ra bort mig sj\u00e4lv.\" \"Jag kan aldrig konkurrera med X, hon \u00e4r ett geni n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att tala inf\u00f6r publik.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessa <strong>tankar <\/strong>kommer i sin tur att skapa l\u00e4mpliga <strong>k\u00e4nslor<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exempel p\u00e5 k\u00e4nslor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5gra <strong>k\u00e4nslor <\/strong>som du skulle kunna k\u00e4nna i denna hypotetiska situation skulle kunna vara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>r\u00e4dsla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>irritation (\u00f6ver att beh\u00f6va tala offentligt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00f6rbittring (p\u00e5 grund av att du m\u00e5ste tala offentligt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>att k\u00e4nna sig s\u00e5rbar <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc ... <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e4nslorna kommer i sin tur att styra dina \u00e5tg\u00e4rder (f\u00f6r att hantera situationen). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exempel p\u00e5 \u00e5tg\u00e4rder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan hantera k\u00e4nslorna (dvs. balansera dem tillbaka till neutralitet) med produktiva och mindre produktiva metoder. Det beror verkligen p\u00e5 vad du har l\u00e4rt dig och sett i livet - vad som brukade fungera f\u00f6r dig tidigare, vad som \u00e4r l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4ngligt. I tider av stor stress kommer du naturligtvis att tillgripa dina favoritmekanismer f\u00f6r att hantera situationen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till exempel om du historiskt sett kunde lugna dig genom att dricka, <strong>du kan dricka <\/strong>(sprit). Detta skulle vara ett exempel p\u00e5 en kontraproduktiv sak att g\u00f6ra (alkohol har trots allt negativa bieffekter, vilket \u00e4r skadligt n\u00e4r man talar inf\u00f6r publik!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observera: BTEA-ekvationen kommer att vara n\u00e5got annorlunda f\u00f6r alla - det \u00e4r olika \u00f6vertygelser som styr dina tankar, k\u00e4nslor och handlingar. N\u00e4r du \u00e4r os\u00e4ker, lyssna p\u00e5 vad du k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssigt resonerar mest med - vad som k\u00e4nns mest sm\u00e4rtsamt f\u00f6r dig. Dina k\u00e4nslor \u00e4r en kompass som v\u00e4gleder dig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r detta viktigt?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det spelar roll om du vill ha andra resultat \u00e4n vad du har idag, om du vill utvecklas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genom att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 mekanismen f\u00f6r varf\u00f6r du agerar som du g\u00f6r i vissa situationer och de punkter d\u00e4r du medvetet kan p\u00e5verka och \u00e4ndra mekanismens inst\u00e4llningar kan du uppn\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre resultat - de resultat du vill ha!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Att bryta kedjan f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 det resultat du egentligen vill ha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg m\u00e4rke till att allt b\u00f6rjade med ett <strong>tro<\/strong>. Hela den komplicerade strukturen bygger p\u00e5 \u00f6vertygelsen - om du kan bli av med \u00f6vertygelsen kommer allt annat inte att uppst\u00e5 ur den! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kedjan kan naturligtvis brytas \u00e4ven p\u00e5 andra st\u00e4llen - i slutet (handling), p\u00e5 tanke- och k\u00e4nsloniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den starkaste effekten och snabbaste f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen sker om du arbetar p\u00e5 alla st\u00e4llen i kedjan samtidigt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag kommer att presentera de n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga verktygen (som alla introducerades f\u00f6r mig i PDS och publiceras med Thail\u00e4ndarnas tillst\u00e5nd) i denna blogg. De kommer att hj\u00e4lpa dig att faktiskt genomf\u00f6ra \u00e4ndringarna!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det som \u00e4r viktigt nu \u00e4r: <strong>f\u00f6r att du ska kunna k\u00e4nna igen m\u00f6nstren n\u00e4r de utspelar sig i ditt huvud och i ditt liv.<\/strong>. Detta \u00e4r det f\u00f6rsta och viktiga steget till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BTEA \u00e4r ett verktyg f\u00f6r att visualisera status quo och f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur alla dessa komponenter h\u00e4nger ihop. Det \u00e4r ett viktigt grundkoncept, bekanta dig med det! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tigern i mina dr\u00f6mmar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag vill avsluta detta inl\u00e4gg med en historia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag s\u00e5g en g\u00e5ng en tiger. Naturligtvis tror jag att tigrar \u00e4r farliga f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor - och jag b\u00f6rjade genast fundera p\u00e5 hur jag skulle kunna reagera p\u00e5 hotet. Jag k\u00e4nde r\u00e4dsla och en stark kroppslig reaktion. Jag funderade p\u00e5 om jag skulle f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka springa till ett tr\u00e4d och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka kl\u00e4ttra upp i det. Eller reagera p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan vaknade jag upp. Jag dr\u00f6mde - jag var faktiskt i min s\u00e4ng hela tiden, <strong>och det finns inga tigrar d\u00e4r jag bor<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag f\u00f6rest\u00e4llde mig (dr\u00f6mde) tigern sj\u00e4lv - och skr\u00e4mde mig sj\u00e4lv med mina egna tankar! Vilket ledde till handlingen\/impulsen att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got, vilket var att vakna upp i denna situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga situationer i livet \u00e4r likadana - vi blir r\u00e4dda f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra egna tankar, baserade p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra erfarenheter eller erfarenheter som andra m\u00e4nniskor har l\u00e4rt oss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du har grundl\u00e4ggande uppfattningar som inte \u00e4r baserade p\u00e5 verkligheten utan p\u00e5 anekdoter, kan du ber\u00f6va dig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 mycket av det som livet har att ge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vem s\u00e4ger att du \u00e4r en d\u00e5lig talare? En d\u00e5lig f\u00f6r\u00e4lder? En k\u00e4rleksl\u00f6s partner? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du har dessa f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningar f\u00f6ljer naturligtvis negativa tankar, k\u00e4nslor och (eventuellt destruktiva!) \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att hantera situationen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realistisk sj\u00e4lvbed\u00f6mning \u00e4r en f\u00e4rdighet. De flesta m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r inte kapabla att bed\u00f6ma sig sj\u00e4lva p\u00e5 ett verkligt realistiskt och balanserat s\u00e4tt. Var d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rsiktig med tigrar i dina dr\u00f6mmar - var f\u00f6rsiktig med dem s\u00e5 att de inte stj\u00e4l din lycka.
