En person som verkligen betyder n\u00e5got, och hennes avg\u00e5ng skulle kunna st\u00f6ra min verksamhet avsev\u00e4rt - och \u00e4ven s\u00e4tta mig tillbaka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hon vill inte sluta, men hon vill ha en rimlig ers\u00e4ttning som motsvarar hennes ansvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hon kontaktade mig med orden att hon har h\u00f6rt talas om en annan tj\u00e4nst, som betalar bara lite mindre, men har betydligt mindre ansvar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag reagerade genom att s\u00e4ga: \"Okej - du m\u00e5ste veta vad du vill. Om du vill ha mindre ansvar och stress, ta den h\u00e4r tj\u00e4nsten. S\u00e4g bara till n\u00e4r du vill sluta.\" Hon sa att hon inte ville sluta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det slutade med att hon blev irriterad \u00f6ver samtalet och att jag tryckte tillbaka, och hon stormade iv\u00e4g. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag d\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/sv\/verktyget-for-emotionell-bearbetning-baserat-pa-thais-gibsons-laror\/\">bearbetade mina k\u00e4nslor<\/a>Jag bad henne om urs\u00e4kt, hade ett nytt samtal och diskuterade en m\u00f6jlig l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning med henne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senare kom jag dock p\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv med att ogilla l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningen f\u00f6r henne - och reagera med sm\u00e4rta n\u00e4r jag p\u00e5mindes om denna kommande l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Idag intr\u00e4ffade en annan av dessa bitterhetsreaktioner (n\u00e4r jag blev p\u00e5mind om hur jag betalar f\u00f6r en m\u00e5natlig bensinkupong f\u00f6r henne och en annan kollega). Naturligtvis gick jag till det emotionella bearbetningsverktyget och slutade med att skriva, som en av \u00f6vertygelserna: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mina k\u00e4nslor visar att \"X inte f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nar mer l\u00f6n\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I grund och botten gjorde jag min f\u00f6rbittring till att hon beg\u00e4r mer l\u00f6n \u00e4n vad som \u00e4r l\u00e4mpligt. Och anv\u00e4nde min starka k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssiga reaktion som en <strong>r\u00e4ttf\u00e4rdigande<\/strong> f\u00f6r att du motsatte dig l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningen. Kanske k\u00e4nner du ocks\u00e5 igen detta m\u00f6nster - att anv\u00e4nda k\u00e4nslor som en m\u00e4tare ... i princip reducera detta till en formel: <strong>om jag har ont \u00e4r det n\u00e5got fel p\u00e5 v\u00e4rlden utanf\u00f6r<\/strong>. Oavsett om kollegan ber om mer (f\u00f6r mycket?) pengar, om n\u00e5gon inte presterar korrekt i positionen ... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faran med att anv\u00e4nda (obearbetade) k\u00e4nslor f\u00f6r att fatta beslut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som Thais Gibson l\u00e4r ut orsakas k\u00e4nslor av: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ouppfyllda behov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sm\u00e4rtsamma historier vi ber\u00e4ttar f\u00f6r oss sj\u00e4lva<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofta orsakas k\u00e4nslor av sm\u00e4rtsamma ber\u00e4ttelser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Idag kunde jag avsl\u00f6ja den m\u00f6jliga orsaken till denna starka k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssiga reaktion p\u00e5 situationen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Det finns i mitt f\u00f6rflutna!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6re denna kollega hade jag, i en annan stad, en annan mycket kompetent och driven kollega - hon brukade ocks\u00e5 vara min \"h\u00f6gra hand\". Denna kvinna hade tryckt p\u00e5 f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 mer i l\u00f6n, vilket jag hade g\u00e5tt med p\u00e5. Men det hindrade henne inte fr\u00e5n att sluta - till slut slutade hon f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 med sin pojkv\u00e4n i hans f\u00f6retag. Hon sa att hon inte s\u00e5g n\u00e5gon tillv\u00e4xtpotential i mitt f\u00f6retag - vilket var sant p\u00e5 den tiden, jag kunde inte f\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget att v\u00e4xa tillr\u00e4ckligt snabbt f\u00f6r att erbjuda tillv\u00e4xtpotential till ambiti\u00f6sa personer som hon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A \u00e4r inte A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e4nniskor l\u00e4r sig mycket snabbt - vi m\u00e5ste. N\u00e4r jag skriver ett ord, som \"ord\", betyder det oftast samma sak. A \u00e4r A i v\u00e5ra hj\u00e4rnor - v\u00e4ldigt mycket. Men att tro att situation X \u00e4r samma sak som situation Y, att en m\u00e4nniska \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt lik en annan m\u00e4nniska och kommer att agera p\u00e5 precis samma s\u00e4tt \u00e4r farligt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om vi bortser fr\u00e5n mycket viktiga detaljer, som de tv\u00e5 kvinnornas faktiska arbetstillfredsst\u00e4llelse, kan det sluta med att vi agerar p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som inte \u00e4r f\u00f6rdelaktigt och reagerar irrationellt. Naturligtvis reagerar vi bara p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra egna ber\u00e4ttelser\/f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningar som vi har f\u00e5tt med oss fr\u00e5n det f\u00f6rflutna.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Men ... hur kommer man p\u00e5 s\u00e5dana saker?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns en kraftfull <strong>ytterligare teknik <\/strong>som du kan anv\u00e4nda tillsammans med verktyget f\u00f6r k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssig bearbetning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag rekommenderar att anv\u00e4nda det, n\u00e4r du bearbetar dina k\u00e4nslor, men tycker att samma \u00e4mne, <strong>Samma sm\u00e4rta \u00e5terkommer g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den sm\u00e4rta som \u00e5terkommer \u00e4r <strong>inte <\/strong>n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis bevis p\u00e5 att dina antaganden, \"din ber\u00e4ttelse\" \u00e4r korrekt. Det finns en djupare niv\u00e5 du kan g\u00e5 till.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tekniken \u00e4r f\u00f6ljande: Skriv ner ber\u00e4ttelsen. Fr\u00e5ga sedan \"Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det d\u00e5ligt?\", eller \"Vad f\u00e5r jag detta att betyda om mig sj\u00e4lv?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skriv ner svaret p\u00e5 denna fr\u00e5ga och g\u00e5 sedan vidare till n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5 (som i Inception) - fr\u00e5ga igen: \"Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det d\u00e5ligt?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I det h\u00e4r specifika scenariot gjorde jag s\u00e5 h\u00e4r (f\u00f6rkortat): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Betydelse: <\/strong>Mina k\u00e4nslor visar att \"X inte f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nar mer l\u00f6n\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det d\u00e5ligt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hennes l\u00f6n \u00f6kar, men inte produktionen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det d\u00e5ligt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eftersom jag ger bort en del av f\u00f6retagets int\u00e4kter utan att f\u00e5 n\u00e5got i geng\u00e4ld<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eftersom jag inte kommer att kunna tillfredsst\u00e4lla henne, och hon kommer ocks\u00e5 att sluta som min andra anst\u00e4llda M., tidigare<\/strong>. L\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar l\u00f6ser inte problemet med missn\u00f6je.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det d\u00e5ligt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eftersom jag kommer att f\u00f6rlora en bra medarbetare och \u00e5terigen kommer att f\u00e5 mycket stress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Och jag f\u00f6rstod \u00e4ntligen varf\u00f6r denna k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssiga reaktion st\u00e4ndigt dyker upp i samband med just denna medarbetare! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sj\u00e4lvdestruktiva beteenden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hela denna situation visar ocks\u00e5 hur <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalmeaning.com\/sv\/en-viktig-video-om-sjalvforgorande-beteenden\/\">sj\u00e4lvdestruktiva beteenden<\/a> arbete: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att <strong>minska <\/strong>f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntad stress, beter jag mig (paradoxalt nog!) p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som \u00e4r mer sannolikt att <strong>\u00f6ka <\/strong>stressen! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vad jag verkligen vill (undermedvetet) i den h\u00e4r situationen \u00e4r att inte f\u00f6rlora just den h\u00e4r kollegan, eftersom hon g\u00f6r ett bra jobb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom jag har \"l\u00e4rt mig\" att l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar inte l\u00f6ser problemet med att en annan anst\u00e4lld har f\u00f6rlorat tidigare, mots\u00e4tter jag mig l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningen - vilket signalerar till henne att jag \u00e4r girig och inte villig att kompensera henne p\u00e5 ett l\u00e4mpligt s\u00e4tt.  Vilket naturligtvis <strong>\u00f6kningar <\/strong>risken att hon kommer att vilja l\u00e4mna mitt f\u00f6retag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intressant nog var detta mycket specifikt f\u00f6r henne - jag hade inte samma niv\u00e5er av f\u00f6rbittring\/emotionella utmaningar n\u00e4r det g\u00e4llde l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningen som andra anst\u00e4llda. <strong>Dessa andra anst\u00e4llda \u00e4r m\u00e4n och har inte heller samma nyckelposition som hon. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TL;DR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du upplever att du reagerar med starka k\u00e4nslor p\u00e5 n\u00e5got, och grundl\u00e4ggande bearbetning inte hj\u00e4lper, \u00e4r det mycket v\u00e4rdefullt att utforska roten till detta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roten finns i tidigare erfarenheter, som l\u00e4rde dig vissa saker, du absorberade vissa \u00f6vertygelser. Vissa f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningar som kan vara felaktiga - som att v\u00e4rlden \u00e4r bullrig, of\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbar och att \"d\u00e5liga saker h\u00e4nder bra m\u00e4nniskor\". L\u00e5t inte dessa d\u00e5liga saker i det f\u00f6rflutna leda till fler d\u00e5liga saker i framtiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coachningstj\u00e4nster f\u00f6r chefer p\u00e5 C-niv\u00e5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Att driva ett f\u00f6retag \u00e4r en utmanande och stressig uppgift. Om du hanterar dina egna k\u00e4nslor p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt, kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5 deras budskap och vad du ska g\u00f6ra \u00e5t det, kommer det att hj\u00e4lpa dig att g\u00f6ra denna uppgift smidigare. Du kommer att kunna beh\u00e5lla nyckelmedarbetare l\u00e4ngre och kommer att ha l\u00e4ttare att fatta tuffa, men n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga beslut.
