och i f\u00f6rbifarten t\u00e4nder en cigarett. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e4r du t\u00e4nker tanken att du faktiskt har best\u00e4mt dig f\u00f6r att sluta r\u00f6ka, ska du omedelbart sl\u00e4cka cigaretten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Med tiden kommer detta att driva vanan l\u00e4ngre och l\u00e4ngre fram - de kommer bara att flyta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spekulation: hur man tr\u00e4nar om tankeprocesser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jag spekulerar i att tankeprocesser i grund och botten bara \u00e4r vanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jag har till exempel en mental blockering om att f\u00f6retag \u00e4r hyperkonkurrenskraftiga, som jag har f\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n Peter Thiel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Jag klandrar inte honom specifikt, men jag b\u00f6rjade se konkurrens \u00f6verallt ... och \u00e4r orolig f\u00f6r marginalerna). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om jag vill omskola den tanken eller balansera den m\u00e5ste jag d\u00e4rf\u00f6r l\u00e4gga m\u00e4rke till n\u00e4r den dyker upp och ers\u00e4tta den med en mer korrekt verklighetsuppfattning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om du g\u00f6r det h\u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt ofta kommer du faktiskt att koppla om vanan.
