Den h\u00e4r killen var tillv\u00e4xtorienterad och naturligt nyfiken, jag d\u00f6k in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det ligger helt i linje med mitt livsl\u00e5nga intresse f\u00f6r att snabbt och effektivt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra den inre v\u00e4rlden. Att ta bort v\u00e4gsp\u00e4rrar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi g\u00e5r genom livet och upplever m\u00e5nga olika giftiga situationer, vilket leder till regler som v\u00e5r hj\u00e4rna konstruerar f\u00f6r att skydda oss och sedan \u201cblint\u201d f\u00f6ljer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ett exempel fr\u00e5n mitt eget liv: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Min far kallade mig \u201cegoistisk\u201d i barndomen, n\u00e4r jag fokuserade p\u00e5 att skydda n\u00e5gra av mina egna intressen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c4n idag hems\u00f6ker detta \u201cegoistiska\u201d mig p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt. Jag kunde bara g\u00e5 d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n n\u00e4r han v\u00e4grade att ge en l\u00e4nk till en underleverant\u00f6r som jag har arbetat med (och vars intressen jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte driva), och \u00e5 andra sidan f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte g\u00e5 med underleverant\u00f6ren direkt bakom min rygg. Lyckligtvis l\u00e4t hon mig veta det. Jag kunde se honom som den missbrukande person han var, som f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte pressa ut mig, samtidigt som han i huvudsak inte ens agerade i denna underleverant\u00f6rs intresse. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jag raderade mitt Facebook-konto, f\u00f6r jag ville inte officiellt avsluta v\u00e4nskapen med en kille som hade avr\u00e5tt mig fr\u00e5n att bli ihop med en tjej - och sedan sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte bli ihop med henne, samtidigt som han delade detaljer med mig som han visste skulle s\u00e5ra mig. \u00c5terigen, jag ville inte vara \u201cbarnslig\u201d eller en \u201cd\u00e5lig person\u201d som tar bort kontakten med en kille som motarbetar mina intressen ... utan valde ist\u00e4llet att ge upp alla kontakter jag hade. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jag hade problem med att avskeda en anst\u00e4lld som ofta var sjuk. N\u00e4r hon arbetade var hennes arbetsresultat bra. Men hennes sjukdomsepisoder var of\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbara och inte heller kopplade till en enda fysisk orsak (\u00e5tminstone inte ur mitt perspektiv). Hon hade arbetat hos mig i fyra och ett halvt \u00e5r, och \u00e5tminstone under de senaste tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren har hon varit sjuk under cirka 50 % av arbetstiden. Ut\u00f6ver hennes \u00e5rliga ledighet, som hon tog ut i sin helhet. N\u00e4r jag avskedade henne l\u00e4mnade tre andra anst\u00e4llda mig. En medarbetare som hon var n\u00e4ra v\u00e4n med och som hade lidit mest av hennes fr\u00e5nvaro p\u00e5 grund av toppar i arbetsbelastningen; och tv\u00e5 andra medarbetare som jag hade anst\u00e4llt f\u00f6r att h\u00f6ja kompetensen och kunna \u00f6verf\u00f6ra den f\u00f6rsta medarbetaren till en roll d\u00e4r hon kunde orsaka mer skada. Jag \u00e4r moraliskt besatt av fr\u00e5gan: Hade jag r\u00e4tt att avskeda henne? Var det bra? Borde jag ha gett henne mer f\u00f6rvarning? Vi hade ett par samtal, men hon gjorde mig ocks\u00e5 medveten om att min antydan om att det kunde vara en psykologisk fr\u00e5ga s\u00e5rade henne v\u00e4ldigt mycket. Jag tog inte upp det igen - och jag har ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4rt mig en l\u00e4xa som chef, att inte f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u201chj\u00e4lpa\u201d m\u00e4nniskor p\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet. Till slut ins\u00e5g jag att hon var ett problem f\u00f6r verksamheten - verksamheten skulle d\u00f6 om jag fortsatte att ha kvar henne, eftersom hon var ansvarig f\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen och arbetade direkt med kunderna. Men jag funderar fortfarande p\u00e5 om jag gjorde det p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt ... om jag var en \u201cbra\u201d person som tog mitt ansvar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jag hade f\u00f6rblivit v\u00e4n (och f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt forts\u00e4tta att v\u00e4cka romantiskt intresse) med minst tv\u00e5 kvinnor som jag var romantiskt intresserad av, men som avvisade mig - f\u00f6r att vara en bra person, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon som \u201cbara ser dem som kvinnor\u201d. I flera \u00e5r. Skadade mig sj\u00e4lv och min dejtingframg\u00e5ng under den h\u00e4r tiden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jag funderar mycket p\u00e5 hur jag ska g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att inte skada andra m\u00e4nniskor, f\u00f6r att inte skada tr\u00e4d, f\u00f6r att inte skada gr\u00e4sstr\u00e5n osv. ... <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den h\u00e4r boken syftar till att ge en praktisk v\u00e4gledning f\u00f6r hur man kan omforma s\u00e5dana k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssiga drivkrafter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad \u00e4r ursprunget till dessa f\u00f6rare?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hj\u00e4rnan skapar dessa k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssiga kopplingar som skyddande sk\u00f6ldar. John svarar: \u201cAtt s\u00e4ga ifr\u00e5n skulle g\u00f6ra mig till en sj\u00e4lvcentrerad, arrogant idiot, som min far.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e5 grund av sitt eget f\u00f6rflutna f\u00f6rknippade John sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende och att dela med sig till andra med sin far, som var allm\u00e4nt illa omtyckt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varf\u00f6r och hur fungerar omprogrammering? (Word-filen)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innan jag g\u00e5r in p\u00e5 hur vi kan omprogrammera reglerna vill jag kort sammanfatta varf\u00f6r detta fungerar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En studie har gjorts p\u00e5 r\u00e5ttor, vilket ledde till ett \u00f6verraskande resultat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dessa r\u00e5ttor tr\u00e4nades att associera ett ljud med en elektrisk st\u00f6t. De k\u00e4nde fortfarande igen ljudet, men reagerade inte l\u00e4ngre med r\u00e4dsla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resultatet av denna r\u00e5ttstudie: hj\u00e4rnan \u00e5terkonsoliderar minnen n\u00e4r de utl\u00f6ses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4r \u00e4r en analogi: n\u00e4r minnet utl\u00f6ses \u00f6ppnar hj\u00e4rnan en Word-fil med inneh\u00e5llet i minnet. Du kan nu redigera minnet, i ett visst tidsf\u00f6nster f\u00f6r \u00e5terkonsolidering. I texten talas det om flera timmar, under vilka denna redigering \u00e4r m\u00f6jlig. Om det inte styrs p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt kan det till och med g\u00f6ra minnena starkare n\u00e4r de \u00f6ppnas igen. Detta f\u00f6rklarar ocks\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskors minnesf\u00f6rvirring, om vad som faktiskt h\u00e4nde och vad det betyder. Bob kunde inte sl\u00e4ppa taget och acceptera att han inte kunde skydda sin familj i alla t\u00e4nkbara fall.
